Our goal is to improve and enrich the lives of our members and their families by offering the absolute best fitness training for people of any age and activity level, while providing them with a supportive community. We help our members to improve their health and vitality through a carefully planned program. JAG Fitness is a place where you can workout, whether you're at day 1 or 1,000 and still get the same welcome. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and passionate. Their facility is clean, safe and most importantly friendly. I highly recommend both AD and Maria at JAG Fitness when trying to find a perfect place for you.

JAG Fitness helped me to find myself again! As a full time working mother with two little ones, I had a hard time finding the time and motivation to take care of myself. Maria and Ang supported me and modified workouts for me so that I was able to lose weight and find my fitness level almost back to where it was before I had my children. I train with them as much as possible and their outdoor workouts are the perfect level of difficulty for where I am at this point in time. I would recommend them to anyone at any fitness level.

Amazing facility with a combined knowledge of everything related to fitness and nutrition. Such a great company to have been welcomed into!! The modifications and safety measures taken during these trying times are top notch, can’t wait to see what the future holds for this.
