About the Club

Muay Thai is a striking art that utilizes attacks from the fists, elbows, knees, and feet. Strikes can be thrown from long, mid, or close range. There is also an element of grappling in Muay Thai referred to as the clinch. Very different from the grappling techniques used in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, clinch maneuvers are used to set up knee and elbow strikes or to throw your opponent to the ground. At our Muay Thai school, you can expect to learn the martial art to a level you can be confident in. You will increase your cardio, your leg and core strength, gain more flexibility, and enjoy a team atmosphere.

If you're looking for a great environment to get in some quality Muay-Thai training.
Check out Coach Bryan Manzali's class Monday and Thursday 8-9pm

Friendly coaches clean gym good community and a nice balance between Strength conditioning, technical training and sparring.

Training in martial arts is what saved my life after being diagnosed with PTSD induced depression. I was able to end my therapy and medication with approval from my doctors.

A sustainable daily training practice allowed me to process trauma somatically, build mental resiliency overcome panic attacks debilitation and suicidal ideation.

Jai Su is a great place to find positive social support and surround yourself with growth minded people. This can be extremely beneficial if you're dealing with mental health or you're living in a toxic environment.

When i was struggling, Bryan Manzali is one of the first people to give me the foundation in Muay-Thai training that continues to improve my life everyday.

Everyday at 6 p.m. I share my self-care training routine live on Instagram I also have a bus that travels America offering free heavybag therapy to those in need.

If you would like to help me create sustainable free mental health care for others please follow @sacklifeofficial on Instagram

Jai Su is Thai for Willpower. Very good emphasis on Thai boxing. Miguel and Corey are great and you can sense that there is a love for the sport in them. Miguel is prompt. His style has a focus on physical fitness. He's willing to give private lessons if you just ask. He's shown up early and stayed later. He keeps the gym clean. Parking on the street and in the back. No one feels left out. Even if you're completely new they take you to the side and focus on you. There's gloves you can use if you want to dive right in. I started early this month at 160lbs and now am at 145lbs. They have classes from 7 days a week. With most of the class starting at 8. With the exception of Tuesday which is at 7. Thursday's there's a full day dedicated to sparring which is more so for the advanced guys BUT that doesn't mean you can't hang out and hit the bags and watch if you're a beginner.

Miguel, the head instructor, is an excellent Muay Thai instructor. He is very patient, knows how to work with beginners and advanced students, and has a really technical understanding of MT kickboxing. He is also an active competitor!
All the students here are great and very welcoming. The facility is huge and is always clean!
I definitely recommend it if you are brand new and want to get in shape or if you are a competitor trying to gain the edge.
