Jared is awesome! Before I met Jared I was having trouble getting dressed in the morning I was 280+ Pounds And having trouble bending over And trouble breathing I was a bit skeptical at first But Jared made me feel really comfortable We joke around a lot Which is really cool It's hard work but it's definitely paying off. Still going strong!!

I've been training with Jared for about a month, with a goal of getting into shape for martial arts. Jared has been great. I'm 23 and a former athlete in high school, since I've gained a lot of weight and had a knee injury. I didn't know where to start when getting back into working out and Jared has been great with working around my knee injury and getting me back into working out consistently. He also makes sure you stay up on your nutrition and stay on track outside of the gym. I would definitely recommend him.

I have been training with Jared for some time now, and it has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. Unlike other personal trainers I've had, who cycle through the same list of predetermined exercises, Jared clearly spends a lot of time and energy designing each session to best meet my needs. The endless variety of exercises keeps things fun and works muscles I didn't even know I had (in fact, I probably didn't have them until I started working with Jared). My teenage son has also joined us for a number of sessions, and Jared has been very careful to teach him proper form and breathing, in order to avoid injury. Those sessions together have been wonderful for us both. If you're looking for someone who will be as invested in your fitness goals as you are, I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Jared.

Iβve really enjoyed my training with Jared. He took the time upfront to really understand my goals and concerns. As someone in my 50βs with back and joint issues, I was very concerned about further injury. Jared has been very attentive and focussed each minute of my workout on ensuring my form is correct as well as making sure there are strengthening components to the workouts that have help stabilize those core injured areas. He brings a positive and energetic attitude each morning and makes the workouts a challenging but satisfying experience. In addition to the workouts, his understanding of nutrition has helped me make sure Iβm fueling my body properly and recovering quickly. Lastly, on several occasions he has taken time out of his personal life to follow up workouts with text messages to check-in, provide nutritional support information and just make sure my body responded to the workouts properly. It was exactly what I was looking for in a trainer and I look forward to reaching more of my workout goals under his guidance.

I highly recommend Jared if you are looking for a trainer. He really takes the time to understand what your goals are, what you want to achieve, and puts together the perfect combination of exercises to help you achieve them. I have been working with Jared for a few years and have found him to be very knowledgeable, motivating, and creative with his workouts. He incorporates different exercises into each session and keeps it fresh and fun. I was referred to Jared Silverstein by cousin and have been working with him for about two months. I had a bad experience with another trainer that got me injured so I very apprehensive about working with someone new but Jared is very patience and works at my pace while keeping my injury in mind. I have been training with Jared for almost 6 months now and I absolutely love it! Training with him is never boring; he makes sure to keep the workouts moving and I've never found myself wondering when it's going to end. Jared is an excellent trainer who gives me varied workouts and pushes just enough but not to the point of hating the workouts. I'm sure if you want to get punished he could come up with something, and if you need just a good mental clearing workout he can do that as well. Very good at scheduling. . My job has me working crazy variable hours and he always manages to work me in. Gym is quiet,clean, never crowded. He is good enough for the pros to come to, so I can imagine he will be good enough for anybody.

I've been training with Jared for 2 years now and it has been the most rewarding experience. Jared makes working out a fun, positive experience and always helps give that motivational push when you need it. He helps all of his clients create a fitness plan that targets their individual needs, helps you work to achieve your goals and then set new ones. Several times a year he creates different fitness competitions for clients of all fitness levels that focus on working to achieve individual fitness goals. I recently started training with Jared Silverstein after a very long time away from working out. He has had to show me just about everything - both exercises and how to properly use the gym equipment - and does it all with patience and expertise. Every session is different, mixing things up and keeping it new and challenging. I have come to really look forward to our sessions - it's been the perfect re-introduction to the gym for me. You can tell that Jared is invested in his clients and takes his job very seriously, but is also just kind and easy to be around. Great facility, very flexible and accommodating.
