If I could rate it a 0, I would. Girl with curly hair at the front desk was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I misplaced an item and she looked like if I was bothering her asking her if anybody brought them up, I asked if she would be able to check any cameras because it was an important item. She told me now nobody brought anything up so just continue looking when we checked the entire gym. She was very judgmental did not want to greet us when we left, didn’t want to answer any questions, and just felt completely bothered by doing her job that she gets paid for. Will NOT be returning!

The manager and her employee at this location racial discriminated my sister and I they kept surveilling us the entire time we were there. While we gonna use the massage chair, she informed my sister that platinum members were no longer able to use the message chair. Preventing Her from using the massage. This Gym should be welcoming to All Women.

I’ve been coming to the Westville Jersey Girls location for about 3–4 years now, and I’ve never had an issue with anyone — not with staff, not with members, and definitely not with filming my workouts. I’ve always respected the space, stayed polite, paid my membership on time, and even supported the gym by buying energy drinks regularly.

But recently, there’s been one staff member who has made my experience extremely uncomfortable. I don’t know her name, but she has orange hair and works the morning shift. Ever since I started coming in during the mornings, she’s been giving me a hard time — specifically about recording my workouts.

The first incident happened when I was filming myself doing lat pulldowns. She approached me with an issue about supposedly being in my shot. Out of respect, I stopped recording and waited until she finished what she was doing. The second she walked away, I started filming again — and she immediately complained again.

Then today, she took it even further. While working behind the register, she actually came over to tell me not to record because “the gym is busy.” I asked her what policy says I can’t film while it’s busy, and she had no real answer — just said it’s because there are people around and I might get them in my shot. No one had complained. It honestly just felt like her personal opinion, not an actual rule.

At this point, it’s starting to feel like harassment. Every time I even think about setting up my camera, she’s watching me. Meanwhile, there are plenty of other girls in the gym filming, taking pictures, and doing the same thing — yet she only singles me out. She even claimed she’s the owner’s mother, though I’m not sure if that’s true, and said I “need to ask people for permission” to film. Then she went as far as to mention canceling my membership over it.

Let’s be real — I’m filming myself and my workout. I’m not disrespecting anyone, invading privacy, or causing issues. It’s nearly impossible not to have someone walk by in the background at a public gym, and no one has ever had a problem with it until now.

I’m a grown woman who comes here to train, not to cause problems. I’ve always respected this gym and the people in it — I just wish that same respect was shown back.

If anyone from management or higher up sees this, please reach out to me. All the staff members know who I am because I visit this gym on a daily basis. I genuinely enjoy this gym and community, but this situation has gotten out of hand and needs to be addressed.

Gets really overcrowded with people just sitting on equipment on their phones or people recording themselves. Nothing against recording but blocking 3 machines and having about 4 people around you recording at once makes it hard to work out.

I can't go nearly as often as I'd like, but whenever I go the staff are so friendly and so welcoming! I love the women's only environment so much. I feel a lot less insecure working out at Jersey Girls than I ever did when the building was the previous gym (I won't call it out by name, I liked them too.) Jersey Girls is always very clean, and fellow gym-goers are always really good about wiping equipment down whenever I go. Everyone seems to mostly just keep to themselves. It's really peaceful in my opinion.

Have been coming to this gym for the past 8 months and i really enjoy it, it’s unfortunate I’m considering looking for another gym and cancelling mine from this location. The sauna has been at 136 or less repeatedly for the past 4 weeks, that is entirely too low for a sauna when the suggested temp is between 170-194. The heating unit either isn’t working properly or the thermometer is locked at a low temp. It’s unfortunate I have to cancel for this reason 😭

Nice place! Love the pink! Signed up for free day pass while visiting the area. Friendly staff, plenty of equipment. Women's only gym. Good vibes, comfortable temperature. Nice merchandise too. Wish they had classes but still they have everything you need. Dry sauna and massage chairs. I looked different areas that are more private for floor work and stretching etc so you don't have to do it in the open.

Great gym. Very large, spacious layout. Cardio and weight areas are separated on different floors. You can get a great workout without in this gym. I love coming here and it's a plus if you love the pink theme lol.

10/10 best experience coming to a gym as a guest. The gym was pretty empty on a friday afternoon and the staff?? Phenomenal! My sister and I were welcomed and complimented by two beautiful smiling faces, got a tour around the gym, there was a bunch of different booty/leg machines, plenty of squat racks and the stretching area is great. We like to record our workouts so the aesthetic fit perfectly. I felt soso comfortable and cute in this gym and I highly highly recommend this gym to any girl who loves to workout.

So... Bummer. I went to workout with my daughter and drop my little one off at the Kids club. I was told that it is now $20 for an hour, when it was literally $10 a few week's ago. I know prices change but there wasn't any notice given. I PAY $20 for my membership, so why would i pay the same price for an hour service. Needless to say, I was disappointed and left. Mind you the ladies behind the desk were whispering about how to change it to $10 but couldn't. Then decided to just tell me that it's $20 because no one uses it and how the owner just wants to cover the lost....feeling mishandled

I love this place! I’ve worked in fitness and know what it takes to run a clean,
functioning, and friendly facility and Jersey Girls goes above and beyond! The front desk girls make me feel welcome and helped me get setup with their trainer, Steph! The management team is wonderful and sometimes treats us with visits from the sweetest pups! They don’t leave the front desk but it’s amazing to have gym dogs, it makes it feel so comfortable. The equipment is clean and in amazing condition! Highly recommend checking it out!

I loved this gym so much. I had to go in and cancel due to the 45 min commute, but the girl at the front desk made me feel so comfortable to cancel my membership. No judgy feelings , just quick and to the point . Pleaseeeee open a gym in Salem County !!

Absolutely love love love this gym! I took a drive all the way from Allentown PA which is about 1hr 30 min but was worth it!! The all pink aesthetics were very much giving! And loved that it’s an all girls gym!! Finally something just for the girlies! Plus a Sauna!!? Can’t get no better than that! 🩷🩷🩷

I love going to this gym. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You don't have to worry about how you look. No one is judging. We are all there to just stay in shape and healthy. The place is always kept clean, and their hours are great. The best part is there is a trainer there to help you out and there is no extra charge and she is so nice. It's definitely the best gym I have ever been to.

Best. Gym. Ever. The staff and trainer are SO kind and welcoming and they make you feel so comfortable when you come in. The negative reviews are so off base it’s unreal. The dogs don’t roam around the gym and they are the BEST pups ever. They stay behind the desk and occasionally come out for pets. If you don’t like dogs when you’re working on it seems like a personal problem. They also don’t let men dressed as women come in. It is a 100% safe space for women, I have never once felt uncomfortable here. The clientele is also amazing. Everyone is so friendly. I love it here!!!!!

Because its promoted as an all women's gym and a safe space for women. But they are allowing men dressed as women to enter the gym and i don't feel comfortable or safe.

Was super nervous to start going to the gym but I finally went for the first time and immediately felt so welcomed, Sue was working she was so kind and helpful and she made me excited to come back and keep working out, she showed me around and told me about the different machines and equipment, lots of different machine’s especially glute focused, super clean and new and lots of space, all around great environment can’t wait to come back!

Brand new gym, the equipment is great! Feels comfortable and they play decent music so I don’t feel the need to wear headphones! Lots of leg and glute focused machines I’ve never seen before. The protein shake brand they sell tastes pretty good too. I look forward to seeing what else is to come in this place. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful with my new membership
