My husband and I found Jonny's gym literally down the block from where we live. We go together, but Jonny has designed completely different workouts for us according to our individual needs. He pushes you to get the most from your workout, but he makes it enjoyable. He takes what he does seriously- it's not a job but a mission for him. He's a solid guy and he's the real deal. We would highly recommend Jonny!

Iβve been doing strength and conditioning training with Jonny for about six months. Not a huge fan of gyms or exercise, but I feel stronger and and energized with each session. Jonny communicates well, and his work outs are varied and easy to follow. Highly recommend!

Jonny is the BEST!!! I was struggling with my weight and not feeling great and he changed that for me. He listens to what you need and creates a workout plan catered to your goals. Every workout is different, I am never bored and I am getting stronger. After just a few weeks I am already seeing results, have more energy and my clothes are fitting again!! I started to train with Jon a few months ago and am so happy I found him. He listened carefully about my fitness goals and tailored the exercise to my needs. I was out of shape due to having a baby and also my WFH sedentary lifestyle...but Jonny helped me to regain the strength and confidence. He helped me to see real progress every week. JonnyG Fitness is the perfect place for personal training! Jonny is incredibly friendly, approachable and will cater your workouts to your needs. He holds you accountable but at the same time respects your limits, both mentally and physically, and will not push you too much. His gym is a judgement free zone, always! It's a great space for me to get away from real life stresses and work hard to get stronger. I specifically came there for strength training and conditioning and that's exactly what I am getting out of it.
If you need a personal trainer that will take the time to get to know you, understand your physical capabilities and make you stronger, then Jonny is the right person for you! I am coming off a few injuries over the past three years and I am doing things I haven't done because of Jonny (like 1v1 soccer). I just finished my first 12 weeks and I am excited to continue the next 12 weeks of my fitness journey.
Thank you Jonny for making me an athlete again, even when I didn't believe in myself!

We are so thrilled to have found Jonny G Fitness. We are members of another gym, but my son, Luke was never happy to work out. He resisted every time. Luke has special needs. He has poor muscle tone, resulting in poor posture & strength. We met Jonny for his first initial evaluation. Luke immediate liked Jonny because Jonny explained that his workouts will be fun. Jonny customized his workouts to Lukeβs needs. Luke will now self-correct his posture. He now looks forward to working out with Jonny 2x per week.

I came to Jonny to help me with form since Iβm constantly questioning if Iβm doing lifts and exercises correctly. Plus the fact that itβs been over 15 years since Iβve trained any part of my body properly.., working with Jonny helped me fix posture and problem areas while learning how to correctly preform lifts and exercise routines.
He understands what you want and the goals your trying to achieve! Iβve spent the winter working with him and the results are fantastic! Now Iβm able to recover faster and workout without injuries! And thatβs worth it to me!

I started personal training with Jonny after recovering from spinal surgery. At the time, I couldn't even raise my arms above my head. Fast forward to now and I feel fit and strong, but most importantly have exceeded the goals I set when I first started. For many years I was a gym hopper, losing motivation and steam when I would get bored. He not only motivates, but keeps you motivated and focused. I have been training one-on-one with Jonny for several years, and have followed him to his current location because he is that good. He offers outstanding, personalized exercise guidance, keeping your own goals and limitations in mind. I believe he sees people of every age group and also people with special needs. FYI, I am a senior citizen who just wants to improve strength and balance. But whatever your needs are, Jonny will accommodate his regimen to help you achieve your goals.
