I absolutely love Juma Fit, especially Mary’s TreadCamp classes on Saturday mornings! It is the perfect balance between running and strength training and my favorite way to start the weekend. Mary’s classes includes a little bit of everything…inclines, speed, core, arms, and lower body. And the music selection is always 10/10 and so motivating. I highly recommend!!

LOVE Juma Fit classes! They have the best teachers (love Adeena and Bryan!), high energy, positive and encouraging vibe, and I love the music! Puts you in a great mood for the rest of the day! I also love that there is a HUGE variety of classes you can choose from- from all treadmill, to a hybrid tread and strength, to strictly strength and weight training, to hybrid yoga or abs classes, to floor mat Pilates….. They literally have everything! Also this place is the cleanest gym around the area. Trust me! I’ve tried them all.

the running classes here are the ONLY way I find running enjoyable! the classes are excellent- they’re motivating, challenging, and great vibes. the playlists are always on point and the instructors are wonderful at helping runners get through the class. as a non runner, I highly recommend checking out Juma. the space is also really nice and feels almost luxurious even.
