My process starts with assessing health, lifestyle, and fitness levels, then uncovering the deeper why behind each goal. From there, I create a personalized plan that blends strength, mobility, cardio, nutrition, and recovery. But success isnβt just about the plan β itβs about building small, consistent habits, mindset coaching, and ongoing support. We track progress, adjust as needed, and celebrate wins. Ultimately, my goal is to help clients integrate fitness into real life so they can achieve results that last."

I love the personalized atmosphere and the fact that everyone knows each other makes it so helpful. I always feel comfortable and the trainers are always there to answer my questions and provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, and life.

Pattie along with all the coaches are phenomenal. They come up with unique workouts everyday for every class. It is such a warm and welcoming environment at this small gym that you really do create a group community within! Everyone is so nice and I love coming to group classes and private lessons everyday!

Kevin is an amazing trainer and coach. He analyzed my physical condition, asked about specific problems and keeps a record of progress. I'm never bored because he has me doing a circuit of exercises on basic equipment to challenge me as I've grown stronger. I actually like going to work out for the first time!

K2 Performance is the best! Kevin is unlike any trainer Iv'e ever been too - having a special ability to effortlessly tailor each workout to the individual or group. I've been going on and off (as I no longer live in the neighborhood) for the past 3+ years and still feel I learn a new lift, stretch or exercise every time I leave.

If you've seen Rocky and like a grungy gym where you don't mind sweat dripping on the floor and that doesn't break the bank with people of all shapes and sizes, this is the place for you... It's mostly classes and personal training at reasonable rates with trainers who are some of the best at what they do!

I have worked out at and been a trainer in many many gyms and my favorites are the "no frills" ones that allow you to focus on your workout. K2 is like that. Trainers are superb - incredible variety of equipment and exercises. Focus is on overall fitness without causing injury " - I always feel comfortable there.

Kevin and his gym were instrumental in my losing 20lbs in a year. The classes were always well rounded, never negatively impacted my joints and put me in the best shape of my life. If I hadn't moved in February, this would still be my primary source for staying healthy.
