I came into Ken’s class not knowing what to expect, and I was blown away. The energy is incredibly high from the moment you walk in—great music, great flow, and a seamless combination of Pilates, strength work, core training, and those little extras you didn’t know you needed. Ken’s cues are clear, his vibe is motivating, and the class left me feeling stronger, longer, and totally energized. I can’t wait to come back!

THE place to get fit and have fun at the same time. This was my first Pilates class ever let alone using springboards. Being 63 with a knee and neck joint replacement, arthritis and a bad lumbar spine, the instructor , Matthew was very conscientious to make sure I was maximizing the program without injuring myself. I think with further classes I could see significant improvement in my conditions by improving my strength and flexibility. Thanks to Matthew and @KenPilates

This is absolutely the Pilates class I’ve been searching for! I’ve never experienced a class where the instructor was so attuned to the perfect movements, expertly utilizing the equipment to its fullest potential. The timing of each exercise was spot on, making the workout both challenging and effective. It was tough— I was dripping sweat—but in the best way possible! I will definitely be back!

The lunchtime class on Tuesdays with Venus as the instructor is always outstanding. I started attending Ken Pilates this past fall as a form of physical therapy to strengthen my core muscles, as well as glutes and hips. I’ve noticed a marked difference for the better in terms of strength, which is helping me maintain a high level of activity in other areas. My posture has improved as well. I’ve made this a part of my weekly routine and I’m so thrilled that the studio opened up here on Washington Street last summer. It is extremely convenient and it is a beautiful clean, light and airy studio in spite of being located at the garden level. I highly recommend Ken Pilates to anyone who is thinking about trying Pilates.

These workouts are always SO fun. They mix up the moves and props. The springboard is very amendable to individual strength level (just walk further away for more resistance/to make it harder, come closer to make it easier). The teachers are great. The vibe is super cute you feel like you're in this secret cool girl garden apartment with a great playlist. It is easy on the knees and joints but I still sweat & get out of breath! I also love how the owner puts in efforts to develop community--whether it is social causes or comedy nights. Such a great addition to Hoboken and I always look forward to it when I book a class here.

This class was honestly incredible!! I went in not knowing what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. Very unique class, I haven't taken anything like it before. Only thing I was confused about was the location - Make sure if you're taking a group class to follow the address in the confirmation email, not on Google/Apple maps! ;)

So so good! This was my first class and was so impressed by the studio, instructor, and music. Appreciated the good music playing in the background, it definitely helped me push through movements (please keep playing some dancehall and afrobeats). Instructor Taja was great and was clear on what she asking us to do. She was good at coming around and making sure we are doing it correctly. Definitely felt the workout! Studio is extremely clean and has a nice scent to it. Overall great experience, will try and be back!

I Was referred to the studio by a friend. I decided to go on Saturday for a beginners' class. Marz was so patient, and detailed, gave clear instructions, and was a great motivator. I went back the next day for another class and will be taking their classes often. Definitely recommend if I can give them 10 stars I would.

The one on Grand Street deserves a 5 Star review. However, I went twice to KP on Washington and the instructor is not of the same quality and the space is not appropriate for Pilates. You can hardly see the instructor from certain spots, and her exercises are either too hard or too easy and they just don’t feel right. Please open up Grand Street again and with the same amazing instructors!

I went to my first class today through Class Pass and I loved it. It’s a cute, small and clean space, it has all the equipment that you need to actually feel the burn. Venus’ class was fun and challenging.

I booked a reformer 1:1 class via Gympass and the Ken Pilates team sent me a cancellation via email the day before without canceling it on the Gympass end. I left work early for the class and feel that the way it was canceled was very unfair. On top of that there is no phone number to call to find a solution. I have taken a Ken class in the past a loved it but this inconvenience has left a sour taste on the whole experience.

There are not enough words to express how much I love this place!! I reached out to Ken for a private session after humiliating myself at a group Pilates class (at a different studio) and he made me feel so safe and comfortable. Spring sculpt classes are top TIER! Every instructor will challenge you in different ways all while keeping you motivated and giving you the best workout ever. I LOVE KenPilates (people also ask me if I got a BBL so if that’s not enough to convince you to come here I don’t know what else will)
