DONT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER. I took trial classes here when it was “ilovekickboxing” years ago. I liked the trial but not enough to buy a membership. The memberships were overpriced. I randomly started getting texts after i stopped going to come back and i opted out. They changed their name/ownership and i started receiving texts again. i wasn’t interested so i opted out, a second time (this was a few years ago). I randomly just started getting a slew of texts the last 3 days (that i haven’t been replying to because i have opted out via text multiple times already and clearly they do not respect that decision).
At this point, I am reporting them.

It’s mostly for people who want to lose weight. I didn’t, so it didn’t work out for me. I wanted to become stronger and build muscle. The pace was too fast for me. Also they kept charging me after I quit. That was resolved fairly quickly because I noticed. I believe they’d keep charging me if I didn’t.

Kick Box Cherry Hill is more than an amazing workout; it's a community of wonderful people. I joined in October of 2020. Fitness places started opening back up after the world was shut down. Everyone had their own space on the mat and wore masks. After my first workout, I instantly knew I had found my new outlet to help with stress and to get back into shape. Since becoming a member at Kick Box Cherry Hill, I have lost over 30 lbs (and have kept it off!!!) and have lost many inches, as well.

The atmosphere at Cherry Hill Kickboxing is very friendly, welcoming and accepting. The other members are very encouraging. The workouts are always challenging and motivating. I love working on improving my technique and endurance with each workout. The instructors are incredible. Every instructor is knowledgeable, motivating, and supportive. The instructors will always assist and explain the movements, exercises, and form. Every member there has their level of expertise and is in a different place within their fitness journey, and this makes it perfect for everyone. A friendly nonjudgemental place that offers an exceptional workout.

I’ve been a member of this gym since 2019, and I can honestly say it has been a life-changing experience. So, I’m going to get a little vulnerable here! 🙃

In August I started a journey that was long overdue after suffering some pretty bad neck trauma. Many years of OCR races, heavy lifting and wear and tear on my body resulted in waking up one night not being able to move.
With A LOT of time spent at the best chiropractors office (Sandoz Chiropractic in MTL) I was able to slowly but surely find relief from my pain and sufferings. Managing a bulging disc and a herniated disc was a constant battle over the last 2 + years but one I’m so glad I didn’t give up on.

You know how the story goes from here… weight gain, anxiety, fear of hurting myself again … the list of excuses can spiral!

In August of 2024 while scrolling FB late at night, I came across an add for a Six Week Challenge at KBXCH and I haven’t looked back!
I just wanted to take a moment to add that this place isn’t just a studio where you come in, do your thing and leave! These instructors care about you and your health and push you to be your very best self (sometimes feeling like death)😂 They are friends, a community - one you’re missing out on if you’re not on the mat with us! I hope to see you there!

I continue to make appointments every 2 weeks for adjustments, muscle work, decompression and red light lazor therapy! Maintenance is key which has allowed me to kickbox regularly each week!

The environment here is high energy, supportive and motivating! I was 6 months post knee surgery when I saw an instagram add about the 6 week challenge. Post surgery I had gained a lot of weight and lost a lot of muscle from being sedentary and not eating well. The 6 week challenge gave me a goal to strive towards and jump started my motivation to workout and eat right again. I was able to lose 10 lbs of body fat in the 6 weeks and gained a lot of confidence. I am super excited to continue working out at this gym :)

I’m forced to write a review per contract. I did the 6 week challenge which cost $600 (you’ll get your money back if you lose 20 lbs or 6% body fat in 6 weeks which is nearly impossible and extremely unhealthy especially for a petite girl which I later found out). Due to finding out I was pregnant, I had to back out after 1.5 weeks and was only refunded half of my money back because I was provided a “meal plan sheet” which was basically telling you to eat 1 cup of protein, 1 cup of leafy greens and 1/2 cup of carbs per meal plus 2 protein shakes a day. Basically a 1000 calorie meal plan

26.2 lbs in SIX Weeks. I couldn’t even believe at the beginning that I can make it. HUUUUGE shout out to Cherry Hill-ilkb, all the staffs for this amazing 6-week challenge. For those don’t know, this 6-week challenge aims to help me lose weight through kickboxing with intense cardio exercises, 1hr per class, 3 classes per day, for six weeks. Here special thanks to Jeff, Heidi and Anthony, three amazing coaches who taught me from knowing nothing kickboxing to now pretty confident doing those kicks and boxing. And thanks to all my “classmates”. I love the atmosphere every time walking into the studio and feel the fat burning intensity. So both coaches and peers, thanks for being so supportive and motivating throughout.

Along the way there’s also nutrient guidance (which I believe played an equivalently important part for weight loss). Luckily we have Patrick our wonderful nutrient guide who sets what to eat and how much according to my weight and goal. There are also half-way check-ins to make sure I’m really on track, and more importantly, peer sharing where everyone get to share what they had for meals so that everyone is checking on everyone, which I think so helpful creating this pressure to self-push you to comply and form a dietary habit. Something really worth learning.

Some thoughts throughout: 1) commit to yourself, hey if you wanna achieve a better you, get to the class, and don’t fake them. 2) I know these diet food tastes awful at beginning, but bear it, stick to it. After seen your progress, I bet you’ll get used to it and actually becoming a habit. So be hard to your mouth. 3) Winning the challenge feels awesome, but more importantly is that I’ve formed this exercise+diet habit thanks to the program. It really changed my lifestyle and I started feeling refreshing and positive knowing that I’m living a healthier life. That’s something I value the MOST from this program. 4) Be Confident.

Kick Box Cherry Hill’s staff and program have truly changed my life. 6 months ago, I was convinced that there wasn’t a single program that would help me lose weight, get fit and feel more energized - as most programs say they will. I had tried SO many diets, apps, self-driven programs and read SO many books. I knew most of it was my mindset and motivation, but I also knew I had to do something MORE to get out of the funk I was in and stop making excuses. I had driven by KBCH for over 10 years and decided I would call. I had no idea about the 6wk challenge - just thought maybe learning to kickbox could be something I haven’t tried yet. From meeting Patrick and Heidi on day one, to learning about the transformation that was possible and seeing the results - there are no words to describe the incredible impact this gym has had on me. Even on days when work is too stressful and I can find every excuse in the world to not put the work in, I hear Sasha and Anthony encouraging me every step of the way. I’m a plus size 29 year old woman that has not exercised since college due to getting bored at the gym, lack of motivation, and shame. 6 weeks ago I saw an ad for the 6 week challenge at Kick Box Cherry Hill and decided to throw myself into it and it was the most life changing process for me! In 6 weeks I not only fell in love with kickboxing and found healthy eating patterns that work for me but I was able to drop 27 lbs! I went from 371lbs to 344 at weigh out! I cried from excitement when seeing what I was capable of doing with support from the King Box Cherry Hill family. Everyone there is so supportive from the trainers to the other customers. SHOUT OUT to Cherry hill Kickboxing!

Thanks to your guidance ans support not only am I down 30lbs ans went from wearing a size 14 to a size 8, I am STRONG! My husband broke his foot in September and could not walk. October came so I had to go to storage and get all of our heavy Halloween decorations. When it was time to put them back I did it in less than 10 minutes! He is still recovering so guess who had to take all of the air conditioners out of the windows? ME! I am so proud of what I have accomplished so far and so THANKFUL for everyone at Cherry Hill Kickboxing for getting me here. It’s hard work but I absolutely love it! I crave the workouts now and look forward to every class. Every instructor is challenging a different way- and perfectly motivating. I can’t wait to see what the future brings.

Heidi inspires me! She is the TOUGHEST I think but she disguises the difficulty with a precise playlist that makes you forget the timing and she’s so much fun!

Anthony is very instructive and often reminds us of form, technique and breathing which is helpful he also seems to have similar taste in music as me so his class flys by.

Patrick is efficient. He is skilled at arranging workouts with smart smooth transitions and I mostly appreciate the way he counts down when you are coming to an end of an exercise, it’s different that the other instructors somehow it helps with faster transitions.

All of our coaches are knowledgeable supportive and seem to love what they do, which makes class so much fun!

I highly recommend anyone who is seriously considering losing weight and eating healthier meals to participate in the 6 weeks challenge and/or become a member. The instructors and participants are extremely friendly and helpful. The classes are highly paced, but also meets the needs of everyone in the class regardless if it’s your 1st time or have been a lifetime member. Without being forceful or overbearing, all of the instructors are very dedicated in holding participants accountable to meeting the meal and workout requirements to ensure that our weight loss goals are met. I have tried other Kickboxing and Karate gyms, but this by far is my best experience. The instructors are welcoming and take a personal interest in each member. Kudos to the KickBox Cherry Hill 6 Week Transformation Challenge ! WE DID IT!!!! Patrick, Heidi, and Sasha motivated, encouraged and held me accountable to literally kick 25 lbs of weight off. The mandatory 3 kick butt classes per week, the food prep along with posting images of what I ate and the consistency all worked. Don’t be late for class or you will not get in. I can’t give enough praises to this gym. I saw an ad on Facebook to join this challenge to lose 6% body fat in 6 weeks. I knew I wanted to start shopping for my wedding dress soon, but my body just wasn’t where I wanted it to be. I figured I had nothing to lose (except weight) with this challenge so I tried it out. I’m the type of person that hates working out, and as tough as these classes could be some days, they were a blast and made working out enjoyable. Not only did I meet the goal but I surpassed it! I lost 11.2 pounds, 6.3% body fat, 3 dress sizes, and 2 jeans sizes. But with all this loss, I gained a whole bunch of confidence. The instructors are incredible and so motivating. They were as excited as I was when I reached my goal! I absolutely loved my experiences here!

It was AMAZING years ago, when it was run differently. I was a member for almost 4 years. All of the high ratings were to win purple gloves, so its a bit of a scam. I loved the clients that went... very motivating team. But the owner and instructors became unprofessional and clicky. I got tired of paying the crazy pricing just to feel like I was back in high school. Was talked down upon by the owner because I didn't want to join a $300 challenge and was told I wasn't committed to my goals. Paid all through covid for unlimited classes just to have them basically steal that money back. Had to file against them through my credit card company for charging me random fees. ILKB in Cherry Hill Has been my gym for about 2 1/2 years! When I started I was over weight for my height and the first 2 months i lost about 6lbs. The Team there has help me become strong healthy and a complete badass on the bags! The gym is super clean and organize! I have fun every time I’m there! I used to workout at this location a few years ago but had to stop going because I moved and it was too far away. I ended up having to "buy out" the rest of my classes because you can't just cancel your membership (for obvious reasons). I moved back to the area recently and was looking into getting back to the same location and because I really like the classes. I called the location and was told that because I have been away for some time, I would have to pay an additional $75 to "reactivate" my membership. Uh, what? I already paid for the classes in full, so I don't understand why I have to pay more just to access them? I don't think this is a good business practice since I did what was necessary in the first place which is a shame because I really liked the classes and instructors and environment.

She has become much stronger b/c of the awesome group of instructors that encourage her, engage her and make it plain fun to build strength and endurance! I love ILK Cherry Hill! I started almost two months ago and have already lost five pounds. I planned on going twice a week, but I love it so much that I try to go three days a week whenever I can. The workout is tough, but I always feel so great after! I'm not good at going to the gym and trying to put together my own workout. I get all the structure I need here, plus it's so much fun to punch and kick things! And the instructors are amazing! They are always so positive and supportive. I have been attending ILKB at different locations for close to 7 years. The instructors are great motivators. The instructors at Cherry hill or Cherry (kill) as Sean fondly reminds us look past age. I'm 56 years old, 35 years of military service and this is just what the doctor ordered. If you don't come out of a workout, at least a couple times out of the week that you think your life will cease then you are cheating your body. If you have a clean bill of health or something controllable come to Cherry hill ILKB. I just did a workout this morning that knocked the socks off a twenty something and writing this post at 1800hrs.

I can’t recommend this establishment enough! The staff are always very motivating and they make it a point to know everyone’s name. There is a great family atmosphere among the staff and the ILKB members. Each workout is specifically designed per class so there are no repeat lessons and each staff member is encouraging and knowledgeable in their own right.

The thing that impresses me most is that while motivating their members to live healthier lives, the staff chooses a new charity to support through social media each month. The staff encourages members to “check-in” regularly and use an inspiring hashtag. By creating this connection online, it generates an opportunity to promote a different charity and provide donations each time a member “checks-in” – and it’s as simple as posting something on your Facebook status!

I highly recommend checking out ilovekickboxing – Cherry Hill. Not only will it make you feel better physically, it will contribute in generating a positive attitude, as well.

Absolutely love it here, and I'm a total quitter when it comes to exercise. Workouts are brutal, but results are fast - if you are willing to be consistent and put in the time to get there.

I'm a diehard gym hater, so I hadn't formally exercised in years. Kickboxing is the first class-type exercise I've ever taken and is the first workout I've ever made a real part of my life.

Enough positive things cannot be said about the instructors - they truly create an atmosphere of support and community, and actually get to know you. How many gyms can say that about their mission? They'll stay after to help you if you want to improve technique and will follow up with you to help you get better. I love it - they actually care about you and it MAKES you want to go to class, not because it's a chore, but because it becomes part of your life.

I really love it here and I'm so glad I found it. The owners will even help you with encouragement and whatnot out of class. Accessibility in this day and age is crucial and personalizing experiences is a true business differentiator and they have it in spades.

I cannot recommend it more. Love it!!!!!

I have tried many workouts over the years (zumba, cross-training classes, treadmill/jogging) and have never been able to stick with anything long enough to see real results, until now! ILoveKickboxing in Cherry Hill is the best workout I've ever done! It's fun and I actually look forward to going to class. I can honestly say this has never happened before! The instructors are energizing and take the time to help you individually. They motivate you the entire class. They really make you feel like you can do anything with hard work and commitment! The other members and instructors make it a family! I can't believe how quickly class goes by, and that is because the format works. The conditioning is still the hardest thing I've ever done, but when it's over I feel empowered and ready to go into the bag rounds. That is when the fun begins! I can't explain the satisfaction and feeling of accomplishment that you will feel after punching and kicking a bag for six rounds. However, one of my favorite parts of class is the stretching. I have gotten injured in other classes because they do not properly stretch you. That's not the case with ILKB. We stretch twice! First after conditioning then at the end. Overall, I feel stronger and my clothes fit better as a result of kickboxing for the last 6 weeks. I can not wait to see what the next 6 weeks of kickboxing brings!

I first heard about this kickboxing class through my sister and thought it would be a "cute" workout to do together. But this isn't a cute workout; the instructors kick my butt every class! I'm so impressed with the instructors' charismatic personalities that keep the class intense and motivated. I actually really like to clean, squat, deadlift, and snatch. This class is so perfect in giving me better mobility and making me quicker so that I can do the heavy lifting more efficiently. I'm really glad I became a member!!

As a personal trainer, this is one of the best kickboxing places I have been. I have to say this is my kind of place. I'm not a big gym person and I always
hated working out in front of/around people, but after one class I felt so
comfortable here. The instructors are fun, motivational, and super helpful. I
never feel anything but encouraged by other members and instructors during
class. I actually find myself wishing classes were longer at times. Even after a
long day of work, I always get pumped for class. I've only been a member for

Upon walking into my first kickboxing class a few months ago and being out of shape, I was worried I would lag behind everyone else. However, after seeing the results another friend had after joining ILKB, I figured I had to at least give it a shot... and I couldn’t be happier that I did! I honestly did the trial thinking I would just do the 3 classes and move on to the next workout place with a great deal but I fell head over heels for ILOVEKICKBOXING-Cherry Hill. The atmosphere is amazing, the instructors and members are all so welcoming and encouraging. I'm getting married in April and kickboxing was exactly what I needed in my life. Its not only getting me in great shape but its keeping the stress away and giving me the direction in class that i lack when going to a large chain gym.
