I finally had the opportunity to drop in to this gym. Today was upper body split and I am impressed with the equipment offering and availability of machines during my visit from 9am to 10am. They have a good amount of Prime fitness machines and a full line of dumbbells which increase jn 2.5 pound increments and were well organized. I plan to come back Friday for leg day and use the Atlantis pendulum squat (this is a very rare piece of equipment) and hack squat. The staff is very kind and helpful. Lastly the bathroom was very clean. Give this place a visit.

Great gym and great experience. Everyone working there is super friendly, the equipment is all nicely kept and up to date. If you're looking for a great gym to work out in, this is for you. There are a lot of social clubs disguised as gyms around here, this is not one of those.

Great atmosphere. High end equipment with a welcoming environment. Feels more like a ‘club’ atmosphere as opposed to a mall like other places. Great lighting, showers are good. Well maintained. Events are fun too. Would recommend to someone who wants to legitimately pursue and learn about fitness.

I’ve been a member of Kingdom for nearly two years, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best gyms in Monmouth County. The range of equipment is outstanding, providing everything you need to effectively train every muscle group.

Even during peak hours, from 4-7 pm, I never have to wait long to access the machines I need, which is a testament to how well the gym is managed.

Jon, the owner, has created an exceptional environment. His dedication to building a positive gym culture is evident, and it truly enhances the overall experience.
