Treadmills are amazing and up to date! Everything including machines tend to all work fine with no malfunctions. The cleanliness of the bathroom and sauna are my favorites. Even with this location being relatively smaller than most, it’s well accounted for!

I know first hand how intimidating the gym can be for people starting a new fitness journey. I signed up for personal training with Luis and he’s been so great! Honestly all the staff here are so helpful and encouraging, they feel like family. I scheduled a training session on my birthday recently and when I came in, the staff snuck out to surprised me with a cake & sing me happy birthday. I love it here!

I have been a member for several years, I paid with my brother for a long time the premium account and the treatment is not fair since several days ago we bought some electric bicycles and they did not allow us to park inside since if we leave them outside the area is very dangerous and it was a space where it was not uncomfortable or bothersome. Ah, no one, we called customer service to solve the problem, they said that we could enter with the bicycles, it is no problem since they do not have parking for bicycles, a direct order from the matris but 2 people who were attending there is a gentleman and a lady who claim to be the managers but they do not appear since they would not waste 2 good consumers for something insignificant, they have a bad attitude when serving people, ah, I do not think they like the work they do, they should call their attention and remove them from their position since one goes to exercise and leaves, we are not going to live in the establishment, a very nice gym but terrible customer service, 2 lazy and abusive people

Also, a while back, we were three people and we asked to remove one of us, but they lied. They said yes, that they had already removed her, and yet they continued to charge us the same amount, so we had to pay as if there were three of us. Terrible customer service, very disappointed. The owner should take control of this gym.

This morning my brother and I decided to go here instead of another location to play basketball and lift. Due to time we agreed on this location. Shortly after arrived a brother approached us (Mal) and invited us to join a class for a challenge! A burpee challenge (Aerobics Room) if I knew ahead the difficultly I would’ve did my own workout instead! Glad I chose this gym today, join the challenge next time you’re at this location!
