So I have seen many managers come and go, and the original manager was PETER and he was wonderful also! KEN has addressed the many Issues with the pool and the Jacuzzi and has aced this area, which is my main workout!! This has been a long time coming and most of us who do the aqua fit have been waiting for a good manager since ANTHONY was relocated to West Orange and now in Hanover! Kenny does a great job managing the Randolph LA fitness facility. Martyna instructs a water workout that is fantastic. She ensures that everyone gets a full benefit from each exercise. My balance went from terrible to excellent this year with her class and feel more fit than I have in a long time at 68 years old.

They replaced the leg machine after about 36 months of it being down.

Water filter needs to be changed its been at least 8 months.

Ive spoken to staff they are well aware. Ownership or Corporate doesnt not care about this location.

Ill take more pictures. The vents looks like they have ten years of dust balls on them same with the lights. Can be healthy for asthmatic members and in general.

One of the basketball rims is crooked because the cord is loose and has not been properly serviced since they built the place.

The bathrooms are horrendous and the machines are constantly broken leading to long wait times and it doesnt inspire the proper environment of clean, proper, energetic place for fitness.

When you think fitness you think healthy, however with the amount of dust and pollen on the walls, lights, vents and the constant breakdown of equipment, this place falls well flat of expectation.

Its not the everyday staffs fault either in fact they are probably the only this place is still open. I wonder if the health department would have something to say about it?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Only reason I keep membership is because its $25 and theres a lot of room and machines..granted 80% of everything is broken and doesnt work and also never opens on time because no one really cares. Bigger amenities like the mens sauna has been broken and closed down for almost 6 months now. This place is a joke to real gyms with a cheap price. Its my last resort gym to use only when I cant get to Topshelf fitness.

I don't often write bad reviews but I feel its important for others in this instance. The gym overall is big enough that you can find something to do in it at anytime. The lack of maintenance on the otherhand, is appalling. I could make do with the broken machines or poorly kept mens showers but when the sauna breaks down for months on end and their response is "We don't know when it will be fixed" is simply not acceptable. They keep pushing the date of repairs more and more and get annoyed when you call in to ask. They had a similar issue with the pool last year. It seems like everything in this gym is "under maintenance" so I finally decided to just quit.

Would not recommend this gym at all, horrible customer service, they refuse to fix their sauna. They say they need an “operations manager” to fix a broken bench in the Sauna. This is Code for “I’m too lazy to do my job so I’m just going to give you a BS excuse”. A simple 2-3 hour fix that requires 2 planks of wood, some nails and a hammer has become a month long inconvenience, absolutely inexcusable. If you want to go to a gym that doesn’t value customer experience, doesn’t value customer service and disregards feedback, you’ve found the perfect place!!

This gym has gone completely down the tubes. I have been a member almost since their opening. My kids used to go to the kid’s club and it was clean and safe. This week the pool was shut down as “unsatisfactory” by the town. How embarrassing! The hot tub has not worked for a month. The sauna has been down for over two weeks because the bench is broken. There are never paper towels, the toilet backs up and leaves water all over the men’s room. Why do I still go? Convenience and habit.

I came in suddenly, along with my teenage daughter early on a weekday. My second oldest daughter, who had recently dropped out of high school due to mental health problems and many, more stressors she’s facing at school & socially. I have been going to this gym for literal years since it’s conveniently located on my way to/from work and is in my community. I feel very comfortable with this gym, its facilities and amenities. (However outdated). What impressed me however was the friendliness of the Sales team! Being a member i was looking to either add or open a new membership for my daughter. Long story short, Jacob, a brand new LGBTQ+ (i’m assuming) employee in training delivered the best customer service! He was refreshingly friendly, and got my daughter excited to exercise for the sake of her mental health. I guess sometimes it’s good to hear factual statements from somebody OTHER than your father occasionally. But even more importantly my daughter was interested in coming along to the gym club with her father for the very first time. So thank you Jacob in sales, for contributing to a welcoming, friendly, inviting environment… even for newcomers. 10/10 excited to come back and visit again with my daughter
