Took the first of two one-on-one lessons, focusing on swing and longer clubs. Tom was able to immediately determine the causes of my swing problems and crafted straightforward, simple drills that led to big improvements in my swing. My second lesson with Tom - my first lesson dropped my score by 8 strokes - he taught me how to fix several fundamental issues. Yesterday’s lesson is gonna fix some hybrid/long iron issues and I already know I am going to trim 2 to 4 more strokes!!!

Just had a lesson with Tom today and it was 5 star experience. Balls are out for you with a name plate by your practice area so you can warm up. This is my third lesson with Tom and I have improved after each one, Today with a couple of drills , ball striking with irons and driver improved greatly! Tom Reynolds and the team at Leadbetter got more out of me in a 4 hour clinic than my prior instruction combined. Came away with clear swing thoughts and an actionable practice plan. Super friendly and welcoming environment, appropriate for players and learners (like me) at any level.

The lessons were professional and quickly focused on what needed improvement. Plenty of range time was provided and for a two half day lessons all aspects of the game were covered. Driver, irons, putting, short game and bunkers. The video’s of day one (Drivers and Irons) were promptly send out with observations and recommendations, via a golf app called “V1”. Be careful with V1 as it’s a bit deceptive trying to get you to sign up for a $70 subscription, while all I wanted to do is see my video. Also very annoying is once you in the app you start getting marketing for additional services. I do believe I should have access to the video to keep with out the app, but there is no obvious way to download or access it with out the V1 app. The lessons and support staff were great and the experience was worth the cost and really helped my game. It’s too bad Leadbetter leaves you with a poor experience at the end via this marketing tool.

Golf requires patience and focus, especially when working through swing changes and adjustments, it’s a process that takes time. But Tom has a real talent for quickly identifying what needs improvement. Just one day after my lesson with him, I shot my personal best. I can’t recommend a better coach, he makes learning the game both easy and enjoyable. 10/10!

Tom is AWESOME!!!!!
He was able, in a short time, to figure out my swing and what needed to be corrected. He gave me exercises to do, and made some good recommendations for my game.

I was thinking that I needed a new driver, but he told me my equipment was good (for now) and to work on the fine-tune homework.

There was a lesson before mine, and I was wary that I would get the same instruction as the one before me, but I don't think the other lesson and mine had anything in common, so I know he tailored it specifically for me.

We worked on hand placement, easy swing and posture. Some rounds I've played were great and relatively low score, and others not so much. I feel like I will have more consistency in my game, which will improve my enjoyment!

I've already recommended Tom to a few friends, and will continue to recommend him. He gave good advice and I will surely be back for another lesson when I've incorporated what I've learned.

Tom is the best! My son and I are mid handicappers and we highly recommend Tom Reynolds and the Leadbetter Golf Academy @ Crystal Springs. We had a two day lesson that consisted of a day of swing analysis and execution, followed by a day of chipping and putting. It was extremely helpful!

Tom is excellent and such a great guy! He's a very good communicator and really simplifies things, he has extensive knowledge and his coaching has had tremendous impact on our game in just a few weeks.

We have worked with many instructors over the years and our only wish was Tom was closer to Massachusetts so we could work with him more!
