Len Glassman is a Master Level Personal Trainer & Certified Health Nutritionist with 25+ years of professional fitness experience. Len is dedicated to helping people achieve and maintain optimal health and fitness at all stages of life. He works with people of all ages change their 'physical outlook' on life through holistic health, mindful movement, injury prevention, wellness and intellectual fitness, using a unique blend of personalized programming and expert instruction.
Len recently published a book titled Soul Trainer, a ‘fictional fitness’ series of inspirational stories, that takes readers on a journey, where fictional characters with troubled lives, 'find fitness' as a way to overcome insurmountable obstacles and uphill battles.

Working with Len Glassman has been very eye opening! Len and I work on a variety of both physical (exercise, stretches, muscle toning) and my nutrition (what to eat, what not to eat, how to think about food). Len works remotely with me over Zoom (I have a regular internet camera that I position so he can see me and zoom account. I actually hang it over the top of my door). It is very easy to see what stretches, toning and muscle development routines he is explaining to me across Zoom and at the end of the session he videotapes the session, so I can watch it later. Len has supplemented my injuries when they occur (broken ankle, sprained knee) with his knowledge of the body and learns what my doctors and physical therapists are prescribing and adds his extra touches to compliment my recovery. This has worked for me multiple times with recent injuries and both times I healed quicker than the doctors expected. I no longer go to my chiropractor, because what Len has me doing replaces that support. I actually hear and feel some of the same stuff I used to hear in the chiropractor’s office working with Len. Len incorporates workout routines for me that I can do at my desk at work, in the car and walking the dog, that keeps me limber and feeling great! Len researches ideas that I come up with like food plans and devices to supplement my workout. He keeps me out of the gym (saving me money) and in shape by working out using my body and some simple devices. Len has changed my thinking about working out and eating and is fun to have a workout with in under 60 minutes. I see Len 2 times a month for 1 hour per session. Len informed me recently that he certified as an FSA Spending practice, so you can use your FSA dollars for Len’s sessions. I would recommend anyone to try a session or two with Len, to see what he can do for you and what you can do for yourself!

Len is the best trainer that I have ever worked with. He is kind, encouraging and tough when needed. He customizes each session to build on strengths and work on weaknesses. Len is positive and shares feedback openly and honestly. Most importantly, if you listen carefully to Len and implement his suggested life style changes - you will get results. I am in great physical and mental shape because of Len. I highly recommend him. He also makes working out fun 🤩

After knee replacement surgery in August and completing my
re-hab at a local facility I asked Len to work with me to continue my knee strengthening and also my general fitness. He has been very creative in providing a routine of stretches, a series of band exercises and some very creative ab exercises utilizing an exercise ball and weights. Len also took still photo's and videos that I could refer to when he wasn't with me. All of this was done in the confines of a small workout area in my basement.
I have been very pleased with the results of Len's commitment to my fitness. 5 stars and two thumbs up for Len.

Len is wonderful to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable of physiology and related exercises. His creativity is very impressive. You never get bored working out with him. And he uses his knowledge and creativity to help work on targeted areas to improve on weaknesses. I have worked out with many other trainers — Len is the best. Len Glassman is an excellent Personal Trainer. He has worked with me to build a meaningful exercise program that accounts for a herniated disc I have to contend with. He also suggested an easy to follow nutrition program which has afforded me the ability to eat more healthy; thereby allowing me to shed some unwanted weight. I travel about 40 minutes to be trained by Len and the trip is well worth it. Highly recommend!

Started working with Len virtually. This process under Len's enthusiastic guidance has has been a highly effective system to help me develop a multi-faceted fitness program comprised of cardio and strength training. At a certain point in life, one reaches the conclusion that it is time to shed weight and get in shape. Upon reaching that conclusion at 61, I also knew that I had to be careful to not injure my joints which were already inflamed and stiff from rheumatoid arthritis. I found Len through my physician. He is great. I always feel as though he has thought through our sessions beforehand and planned special exercises just for me. He is always mindful of my joints and limitations. He is great at pushing me in a positive way. His cheerful and steady personality encourages me to exercise throughout the week even though it may be the last thing I want to do. It's only been a few months, but I feel better and like there is now hope to improve my health! Added bonus: my husband has really enjoyed some of his weekly recipes.

Len Glassman absolutely changed my life.
I had the pleasure of training with Len for about a year. Unfortunately, I had to drop our weekly sessions since starting my own business. Len helped me tremendously in so many ways - aligning my posture, improving my flexibility, strengthened my core, addressed nagging soft tissue issues (neck/back/shoulder) and helped increase my range of motion,
We always started the session by warming up and we ended the session with stretches. In between Len customized exercises to my body's ability, with increasing difficulty over time. He taught me how to do exercises at home so I could further my progress on my own. While exercising he was always talking to me about how I felt , ("do you feel that?") to be sure I was getting the desired result.
Len also provided useful tips on eating habits and other ways to stay healthy in between our sessions.I can't wait until I am up and running with my business so I can return to our weekly schedule.

Personal Best is the only place I will go for training! Len the owner is absolutley awesome! People might say it is a bit expensive but they dont realize it is more than just a guy yelling at you to sweat more. Both Len and Dario (my trainer) do way more than that. We talk about what food to eat and when. Go over different excerises. How to excerise at home. Generally life coaching. How to change your life to involve fitness. What I also enjoy is how I can go Len this excerise isnt challenging me or I dont feel it where I should. And we can change up the work out. I went to Personal Best 8yrs ago but lost everything I gained from them. I decided it was time to return and they were the first and only company I called!

A few years ago I was diagnosed with Arthritis in my hip, I was referred to Len at Personal Best and he came highly recommend that he had the perfect training technique for this type or injury/ issue. I've been seeing Len at Personal Best now for almost 3 years and I'm pain free. I see him along with some group/cardio exercise and I'm 110% better and remain in great health! Super professional matched with amazing knowledge has me continuing to be very athletic pain free!!! 5 Stars!!!!
