I’ve been training with Coach Mills for the past three years, and it’s truly been life-changing. Not only has he helped me get stronger physically, but I’ve also grown so much emotionally and mentally. He’s taught me to be more aware of what I eat, what works best for my body, and how to stay consistent.

He’s extremely patient and knowledgeable — he tailors every workout to fit your body and ability, making sure you always feel comfortable and confident. Our gym has such an amazing community where everyone supports one another, and that positive energy all starts with him.

Best trainer in town, hands down. If you haven’t trained with Mills yet, I highly recommend booking a consultation — you’ll thank yourself later!!

This guy is so unprofessional and arrogant. He hit on me during a private session and as a dude I don’t appreciate that. Said he was joking when I made it clear I don’t swing that way. And if you have dog allergies not the place. He keeps his dog inside and by the end of the night the door is open and the dog is not leashed and almost flew out to attack another dog outside. Would not recommend

Coach mills is the best trainer I’ve ever had, ever since I’ve started training with him I’ve seen crazy results and fast. He is experienced and makes you feel really comfortable . After visiting several gyms in the area, I wanted to give up hope in finding a place that would provide me with the fitness results I desired. That is until I came across Life Building Fitness. This small-group training facility is PERFECT if you want to see consistent results and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Personally, I have lost weight, body fat, and inches - something I could have never done on my own!

The trainers are knowledgeable, accommodating, and extremely professional, while holding you accountable.
The owner is invested in the well-being of all of his clients, and creates a variety of customized workouts that are motivating, yet challenging.
If you are looking to get out of your mundane weekly routine at mediocre gyms, Life Building Fitness is definitely the place to join!

Although the owner can take you through a challenging workout, I am not at all satisfied with the time I spent at the gym. I work at 9:00 am but 7:00 am is apparently "early mornings" and is considered an "accommodation." Also, be careful
and CLEAR about what you "sign up" for as well. I told him I was specifically looking for an affordable personal trainer and he said he would give me a "grand opening discount". A few sessions in, he brought another client in for training at the same time, when he tried to bring her a second time, I brought up my concern (that I signed up for personal training) and he said I apparently signed up for a "group rate'. Not a miscommunication, just a blatant lie. When I asked for a refund of my remaining sessions (that I DID NOT HAVE YET) because of the "miscommunication", he said no. Apparently there is a no refund policy in the contract but no customer satisfaction section (your only option is to work with another trainer if you do not like the one you have). Like I said good coach as far as fitness knowledge, HORRIBLE customer service. This gym will probably be a great place to go in the future...but not now.
