Little Gym of West Windsor is the worlds premiere enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. Our trained instructors nurture happy, confident kids through a range of non-competitive programs including parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, sports prep, and pre-school prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bashes. Each week, progressively structured classes and a positive learning environment create opportunities for your child to try new things and build self-confidence, all with a grin that stretches from ear to ear.

We had the most amazing birthday party for our 2-year-old here! The teachers were incredible (as always, we're very active members as well): so kind, patient, and full of energy. They staffed two teachers so one generally focused on leading the activities while the other helped us set up in the snack room. They truly went out of their way to make the day special for our son and all his friends. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My daughter has been attending for a year now, and we've seen incredible progress. She's developed strength, improved her skills on the balance beam and bars, and can even do a cartwheel! My daughter loves the no pressure atmosphere at the little gym. She is learning gymnastics skills in a non competitive environment. There are additional practice times every week which make it a good value. The instructors are pretty good, fun and caring.

The little gym has been so fun for my toddler! He started off not walking and has gained so many skills and confidence throughout the gym. He absolutely loves the balance beam and the incredible bubbles at the end. Our teacher is also wonderful and friendly and so caring to each of the kids in class.

Friends recommended this gym to us and its been a fantastic experience. They are true to their brand being “serious fun”: there is more structure and training, compared to just an indoor kids park, and the activities and training is fun, supportive, varied and lighthearted. I especially like the disney/ kids music playing and the top notch gymnastics equipment they use. Too many pros to list here… bottomline: It was an excellent decision to be here.

The instructors are excellent and our son has so much fun. Every time we drive this direction he excitedly says, “we’re going to the gym!” We also had a birthday party here and it was a blast. Both my toddler and Pre-K aged kids attend little gym and they both love it. Everyone is really friendly and they do a great job at encouraging the kids to try new things without being pushy.
It's been especially cool to see my 4 year old gain confidence each week, as he's typically a bit timid and slow to warm. He finishes class with a big smile on his face each week!

Been coming to Little Gym for a month and my four year old son absolutely loves it. He asks about it during the week. Lots of variety and different coaches. They are attentive and challenging at the same time. He definitely works up a sweat and gets his energy out before dinner. The parent kid classes are awesome to get some practice time in on the floor. I would highly recommend this for toddlers and preschoolers.

We joined Little Gym when they reopened in January 2024 and my kids absolutely love this place. I've brought my 2, 4 and 7 year old for classes here and I'm impressed with the love and skill in which they're being taught gymnastics and other life/developmental skills appropriate for their age. The coaches are top notch, many having trained as competitive gymnasts. The classes are small and personalized, and the facility is safe and spotless clean. The owners, Tim and Aviva, are parents themselves and they go above and beyond making sure parents are taken care of along with kids, so there's no stress about make up sessions, etc.
In addition, they offer unlimited practice sessions, camps, dance, adult survival nights in which you can leave your kids to be watched and more. For us, it feels like being a part of a community. Overall I can't recommend Little Gym enough for parents looking for gymnastics and overall physical education for their kids.

We sent our 2 year old twins for a BEAST TRAIL CLASS but the instructor hardly interacted with them. She didn’t even introduce herself. How will my kids warm up in a new setting and follow her instructions if she doesn’t talk to them for 40’mins. When i prompted, please introduce yourself - that is when she mentioned her name.
It’s a great environment, I’m sure, but without an able instructor who ACTIVELY ENGAGES, this place does not hold any value. This instructor was relying heavily on the parents to engage with their kids, so what’s the point.
It’s a new setup, kids definitely will get attracted, but it’s not sustainable from a parent pov. We decided not enrolling.

The best place to bring your babies, toddlers and kids to develop their athletic abilities. I’ve been bringing my boys and niece here since they opened and have seen visible results in their athletic development and confidence. The owners and their all star instructors are very engaged and invested in every child that walks in their door. My only complaint is I wish they had opened sooner!

I’ve been trying to find a great gymnastics class for my 4yr old that wasn’t Tumbles or Gymland. This place is perfect. A lot of activity, a full hour to wear them out, but also so chill and low key. Also SO clean, which is critical. I highly recommend this place. Plus they do birthday parties! If you’re over gross Bounce U or expensive Princeton PlaySpace use this place for your next birthday

We are so glad this location reopened! There are a number of improvements from the previous ownership. The gym is beautifully refreshed with new lighting and painting as well as some new fixtures throughout. There are a few more creature comforts for the parents (free coffee, bottled water) and the staff they have hired are very professional, enthusiastic, and warm with the kids. I notice the coaches seem to be more mindfully offering positive reinforcement and nudging kids along with encouragement to try new skills, or to try the thing they are practicing again to get closer to being able to execute a skill effectively. I observe that for my kid this improves engagement and investment in the classes. The staff out front are friendly with the parents during classes, but not intrusively so, which allows for parent-to-parent connection too. Coaches manage behavior in the gym with a warm momentum that seems to assume kids want to do well (this is especially important for parents of kids who struggle with behavior at times in other environments). They are really doing a beautiful job of helping kids get some really fun movement and learn/perfect gymnastic skills.

We have been bringing our daughter here for about 6 months. We have so much fun and good times as a family. Our daughter is already socializing well with the other children who come regularly. The skills section of each class is really great for her physical development, and she loves that she gets the freedom to explore. All of the staff are helpful and kind. We have been using The Little Gym of West Windsor since 2007 for classes, birthday parties, parents' survival nights and camp. All four of our children have taken various classes including Sports Skills, Parent and Child gym classes, gymnastics, and dance. Their skills have grown as the years have gone by, as has their confidence in themselves. I would unreservedly recommend the Little Gym to anyone who is looking for a safe, warm place for their children to acquire skills, get some exercise and have fun.
