I came across Anya’s personal training sessions while searching through Google and was initially a bit surprised to see all 5 star reviews. I now understand why after working with for about 7 months now. Her calm demeanor and knowledge really helped me increase my strength over time and as a beginner, she knew exactly how much to push me so that I would keep improving. I feel such a radical change in my strength levels and physical fitness and always look forward to her sessions. Not only does she take time to understand your fitness levels but she also provides nutrition tips and recipes and really focuses on fitness as a whole. I found Anya through recommendations on Reddit while recovering from a ligament injury, at a time when I was nervous about getting back into fitness. It turned out to be exactly what I needed. I'm three months in and so proud of how far I've come. I'm doing exercises I never thought possible, and my strength has improved significantly.
Every session always has such a good mix of exercises, and while they're challenging, Anya's energy makes them enjoyable. Her expertise in proper technique has been invaluable and I'm so happy with my physical changes.

I have been training with Anya for 3 months now and have thoroughly enjoyed every session. Honestly, I never enjoyed going to the gym/exercising before but once I started training with Anya, I was always excited and would look forward to working out with her. She focused on increasing my core strength and made me stronger and fitter than before. All her sessions were unique because she mixed up the routines/exercises so I never got bored. She not only taught me different exercises but also provided details about its benefits and its effects on the body — which kept me motivated. She also provided exercise routines that I could easily do at home every day. Along with exercise routines, she provided meal plans that was super easy to follow. I started my workouts with Anjali in my first trimester. From the very beginning, Anjali made me feel comfortable and yet challenged me with a variety of workouts. I have been training with Anjali throughout my pregnancy and could not recommend her more. I needed someone with experience in prenatal training who would be flexible based on how I’m feeling and that’s exactly what I got (and more)! I never get bored during my workouts because it’s always a new set and a mix of cardio, weight training, yoga and breathing exercises. She individualizes each session based on how I am feeling, my pregnancy progress and what tools are available to me during this pandemic. She’ll find music or workout outfits that would work for me and makes suggestions. When I told her my baby was breech, she gave me a special set of exercises to help the baby turn and it worked! I feel fitter and stronger during this pregnancy than I did before that and most importantly, I feel safe for myself and my baby. I’ve loved working with Anjali and plan to continue doing so post delivery!

I love training with Anya because her workouts are always challenging and effective. Her approach incorporates weight training, yoga, pilates, and other methods, depending on what kind of results you want. Each time I train with her, I am pushed outside of my comfort zone and she is always there to make sure that my form is correct and that my breath is where it should be--factors that make all the difference! What may seem like a gentle workout at first to some is actually a pretty tough yet very satisfying step towards pushing my limits and increasing my fitness level. I can't recommend Anya enough if you're serious about your fitness.

I have been training with Anya for a year and half now. I started with her when I was pregnant with my second child and couldn't continue with my earlier trainer. Changing a trainer in my first trimester was a tough call but I needed someone to maintain my fitness while keeping my workouts safe with my changing body each day. I was looking for someone very knowledgeable about pre-natal fitness and someone I could trust. Anya not only maintained my fitness levels, she went above and beyond to actually get me fitter while being pregnant. This was no less of a feat given I was very skeptical going in and wanted to avoid taking high-risks with my workouts or overexerting myself. She quickly understood my needs and designed a plan that worked for my body and lifestyle. She modified all workouts to cope with each stage of my pregnancy. Each time I worked out with her, I left the gym feeling stronger and more confident than I arrived. I could work out with her until two days prior to giving birth. She is very knowledgeable in various forms of exercises, which helps her make the workouts effective and fun. I have never once had an ache or a pain in the gym under Anya’s guidance. She is very intuitive in adjusting the workout runtime based on my energy levels, sleep, and overall wellbeing on any given day. She uses Yoga/ stretching as a power tool if I ever complain of any aches/ pains during my post-natal recovery. She has been committed to my fitness and has gone above and beyond in being flexible to make it work for me with two kids. I am stronger and fitter than I have ever been in my adult life and I give all the credit to Anya for it.

Anya is a great fitness trainer with skills in many areas ranging such as Yoga, HIIT, Core conditioning, Pilate etc.
I have enjoyed and benefited from her training on and off for several years, and have recently started doing palate training with her again. She will tailor the exercises based on ability. Her exercises are varied, and they may look simple, but they really do work on the core. I always feel I have a great workout after an hour of training under her guidance, especially the core. She also has a very friendly attitude.
I have no hesitation in recommending Anya to anyone looking for personal training.

Anya has always been a great personal trainer from the very beginning. She listens to what I want to achieve for my body and helps me get there. I've only been working with her for just 2 months, but I've seen major changes in myself, both physically and mentally.
One thing that she always reminds me is to BREATHE. No joke, breathing while I worked out has been a major challenge for me. BUT with Anya's help and reminders, this is NOT a problem any longer. Whether I work out with her or by myself, it makes working out so much easier and fun.

Anja is the best Pilates instructor I have ever had. Each session is conducted on a mat (not on a reformer) and is custom designed and unique. Successive sessions build on each other so that balancing and strengthening become more and more cohesive as time goes on. The fundamental focus is on strengthening and control of your core (both your abs and your spine) but to do the exercises, the entire mind body and breath is engaged.
In my own case, i have a problematic hip flexor and wonky left knee and she is very encouraging in stretching and lengthening these areas from week to week. I encourage you to consider Anya for private sessions especially - i think that if you worked with her for ten to twelve sessions, you'd find a major difference as i did.

I have been attending Anya's HIIT and Strength/Conditioning classes for over a year now and she has helped me completely transform. She has the ability to train a group but still make everyone feel as if they just got off a one-on-one session. What truly sets her apart is her focus on form. You could do an exercise for months and see no change but she'll ask you to move something by an inch and you will start seeing the difference. I have been going to Anya’s class when she first started teaching Pilates class in our building, over 4 years ago. I have also attended her strength training classes where she always incorporates a full body workout. Even though she does group classes, she still modifies and customises them based on individual capabilities. A rumor has it that Anya is about to be a first person who gets "Yoga" Nobel prize. Just kidding but she is very friendly and kind, and I would definitely acknowledge she is one of the best fitness instructor in the world within in a second when I joined her class even if I didn't realize her spleldid fitness background. Not teaching what a boring yoga text books say, she customizes her training so that you can reach your potential and she doesn't do same things again and again in a class. And at next class, she alters the set of motions and so you never get bored. I always enjoyed her classes and I felt satisfied every time after her class. She sometimes challenges me and I broke a comfortable sweat as a rewards eventually. I felt like I get a really good workout and I've been doing yoga and pilates twice a week. Best prenatal care!!!!!! had Anya as my personal trainer my whole pregnancy and then again after. When I'm not training w her ppl notice. She is gifted in what she does. Absolutely would recommend her!!! Love this girl
