If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! From start to finish, everything was seamless—booking was a breeze, communication was clear and prompt, and the pricing was more than reasonable. Our instructor autum was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us all feel completely at ease. It was the perfect way to wrap up our girls' weekend bachelorette trip. I would 100% do this again and can’t recommend it enough. Stop second-guessing—just book it! You won’t regret it!

Autumn is awesome. She is very knowledgeable, accommodating & professional. She asked key questions & designed a session that was perfect for us. My friends & I had wonderful moments of sisterhood. We left feeling stronger & sexier. 10/10 highly recommend

To say this studio has changed my life is an understatement. Autumn and her whole team are the kindest and hardest working crew out there. If you are thinking about taking the leap, do it! Everyone is so professional and the location is clean and secure. These classes are like no other!

If i could be here every day, i would! The instructors are all so different and i learn something new from each of them. The girls and instructors are so welcoming and friendly it makes even the shyest people comfortable. Everyone talks to everyone and is so encouraging and inclusive regardless of skill level! Really feels like a community. Autumn captures what the girls like about pole - the neon lights, big mirrors, and decor makes it feel like a “girl cave”.

Taking class at Lovely Lioness was the absolute highlight of my trip to Atlantic City! Autumn is so warm and welcoming and creates such a caring studio environment where I instantly felt like part of the community. She’s also a great teacher who helped me build new skills while staying safe and having fun. The studio space itself is so cute and cozy. So grateful I got to visit!

Lovely Lioness is a true gem in Atlantic City. I was super nervous to give it a try when they first opened this location and I’m so glad I did. I’ve never been in a space that has been so welcoming, free of judgement, and full of encouragement as I have in this studio. I’ve never felt like I wasn’t good enough in this studio. Autumn has really created a space that I refer to as my second home. I look forward to going to classes and seeing my “pole fam” from all walks of life. Additionally, the styles and diversity of the instructors is incredible. You really do learn something new from each and every one. If you find yourself reading this review and debating to try a class, I highly encourage you to do so! Your mind and body will thank you later :)

I started taking classes back in January, and I cannot sing enough praises for Autumn and the Atlantic City instructors. I take pole classes with Autumn and Jocelyn, have taken Shenata’s choreo classes, and I just recently started aerial hammocks classes with Autumn. I felt welcomed from the second I walked through the doors. The studio is clean, organized, and well-decorated. The vibes are incredible - I’ve met so many wonderful people through this studio, and I’ve brought in my friends so they can see what the hype is about. All of the instructors are SO patient and encouraging, and they offer variations of poses/tricks when my body just doesn’t want to do what they’re teaching. I’m a very sweaty person, and I was anxious about starting because I thought I’d just be sliding off the pole for an hour every class; thankfully, the instructors suggested different products to help me and encouraged me to keep working at it. While I do still slide right down occasionally, it’s with the knowledge that my instructors believe in me and are going to keep me moving forward. My body and mind have gotten so much stronger and healthier because of these classes, and I am so happy this studio exists!
