The environment at lovely lioness is very welcoming understanding, and judgment free. I use to do gymnastics and have injuries from it which made learning difficult at first and at times discouraging. Autumn (owner) and the other instructor have helped me through my physical limitation with a lot of compassion and patients. And because of that now I can do all kinda of amazing tricks on pole and even Lyra. I feel like I have gained pole/ Ariel family at this and AC studio. All three studio are super cute and have their own flare regarding their location. I would definitely recommend you go check them out.

I absolutely LOVED the beginner class I took at Lovely Lioness! I was very hesitant having zero experience but the instructor Autumn made me and everyone else feel so welcomed!! She would show everyone modified versions if needed. The studio itself was so clean and welcoming. Would definitely go back!!

I did like 3 classes back at the end of 2022 and didn't go back till Oct 2023. I never did anything sports/ athletic related prior (however I found pole fascinating for a long time). I am grateful that I went back and still trying. This is my hobby and a form of self-care therapy lol. Everyone is so kind and the studio is absolutely amazing 😍😭 Though I am not a professional lol... it has helped me overcome hard obstacles in my personal life, which im very thankful. This studio is very great and I always recommend this place to my friends/ coworkers to try!

A friend had the door literally slammed in her face and LOCKED merely because she is a trans woman despite having asked the management if her gender would be an issue.

Edit: Thankfully I have received confirmation that the person who felt victimized feels the business has done right by her. I still find the fact that she was made to feel unwelcome by anyone there in the first place disturbing and the way the business has responded to this review, as if THEY were the victim here, is not a good tone to take with these issues, but since the situation has been resolved to my friend's satisfaction I'll amend this to a more positive 4 stars.

Had an amazing time here doing the Valentine's Day Lap dance where you bring a partner. My partner and I had a fun and welcoming experience. Even though he was nervous everyone was laughing and having fun. Experience or not you will have a blast here.

I've been taking classes here weekly for over 4 months now and it has been great. Before I started, I was super newbie to pole and just fitness in general (never had a gym membership or taken classes, maybe some occasional yoga at home). All of the instructors I've had so far (Allie, Christina, Autumn) have been so helpful and encouraging, and it's amazing how quickly my skills develop from week to week. The studio is clean and organized, and classes are easy to schedule and run on time. I started during COVID times and i always feel safe and sanitary. Class sizes are limited, there is no sharing of equipment, everyone wears masks, temperatures are taken at the door, and there is plenty of sanitizing products available for your hands and the equipment.

I started going to this studio before the shutdown. I am a super shy and self conscious person when it comes to dancing. But, Lovely Lioness is the most uplifting and comfortable studio to go to. I have loved every class, every instructor, and even all of the people who take classes there. I highly highly recommend. Especially to those who are a little nervous to try it! My confidence has skyrocketed.

I loved this place! I went for an Aerial beginners class and they made me feel welcomed and didn't make me feel bad even though I'm bigger. Only reason I stopped going was because of my class schedule. The prices are reasonable too

I absolutely love this place! I wouldn't dream of trying a different studio right now. I personally drive 35 minutes to come here because of how "homey" it feels and how sweet everyone is!! Definitely makes it worth the money and the drive. I've learned so much from Autumn, Allie, DANA!!!, and Mary! And I can't wait to give all the other instructors a shot sometime also! Great for anyone trying pole fitness for the first time. I started only a few weeks ago with no prior experience in pole . I have felt very welcomed and supported by all the instructors and my more experienced classmates at the Neptune studio. Lovely lioness is by far my favorite studio I have ever been to! The studio is kept clean and the instructors have really enforced extra precautions since COVID reopening. There is a range of classes in varying aerial arts that welcome students of all class levels. The instructors are always kind, supportive, and really help you achieve your training goals. Love love loooooooove!!!!! Went to this beautiful studio tonight for my first ever pole class. Autumn, the owner, was so nice and easy to follow. We learned a routine which combined floor and pole dancing as well as a couple of tricks. The music was spot-on, I felt sexy, not self-conscious at all and got a great workout. I enjoyed it so much I signed up for a month! I highly recommend this studio to anyone in the area interested in a workout or honing your moves. I have been to so many pole studios around the world and US. Lovely Lioness is my fav. It is really a special place. The studio is so cute, cozy, and clean. I loved all the thoughtful touches and the cool lights which made my pics look so good. The owner of the studio Autumn is very passionate about bringing her clients the best experience. I hosted a bachelorette party at Lovely Lioness this past weekend and it was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. I reached out to Autumn and she was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all of my questions leading up to the event (and even let us change the time!) I was also relieved that she was able to accommodate having me come early to decorate the space for the bride-to-be (since it was a surprise!). The class itself was a total blast. All the girls want to go back to the studio for class in the future and it’s all thanks to Autumn making us feel comfortable and confident and encouraging us to get out of our comfort zone and have the best time. I can’t say enough great things about our experience. I highly recommend Lovely Lioness to anyone hosting a bachelorette (or birthday or girls night out) party!! You will not regret it.
