Best boxing gym in the state of NJ. Excellent gym, trainers and peers. Gym has been open since 2001 and is a great fitness program for anyone that wants to box or have a great cardio workout.

Love this gym. Great atmosphere, good trainers on site and amazing group workout.
Great gym to learn fundamentals and/or if you want to take it serious great to start your amateur journey. Mike the owner of the gym who is also the trainer is a great trainer. He don’t BS when it comes time to train. The discipline he instills in you makes you want to be more determined and dedicated to the craft of boxing. This location you can not beat the price. Good gym to get a great workout out especially on group sessions. He also trains kids as well.
