It is not a massive gym, equipment is new and there is enough of it so you do not have to wait. Courteous staff, yoga salon and a large number of classes of various types.

My wife and I, visiting for holiday week, were treated very well by a friendly staff in a brand new well-equipped facility with a 1st class locker room. It's a great place to work out then get a healthy, great tasting smoothie. Thank you!

Family gym does exist. It's such a great start to someone who has never been into fitness before and so so new like me. I can't imagine myself trying this journey alone in the beginning. Thank you that you all are always there.

It was one of the best decision I have ever made here, being a membership at Club Metro USA Manalapan and also one of the best time that I enjoy the most here.

The gym itself is always clean and and the equipments, weights are always fresh. If some out of order, it's never been long to be able to use again.

All the classes at the gym are amazing.

Beware of contract terms! I mistakenly purchased a membership at the Club Metro Manalapan. I realized my mistake the next day, and subsequently called the club to ask them to refund my purchase, explaining that I'd intended to get a membership at another (recently closed Old Bridge) location. The staff person I spoke with on the phone insisted that since I'd agreed to the contract there was nothing to be done. In fact, this was not accurate - when I read the contract it stated that there is a $150 dollar fee just to cancel the membership... expensive, but less expensive than paying for a year at a gym that is too far from my home to be practical. If they were going to be so insistent about the contract, they might have at least mentioned the cancellation option. Instead, when I said I wanted to look through my emails to examine the contract, the person on the phone told me that there was no need to do so.

I understand that gyms are able to keep membership fees low because most who purchase a membership rarely go to the gym, but this was poor customer service.

On the positive side, when I sent Club Metro Manalapan a certified letter and within a few days received an email back that explained that I had the option to cancel (for $150) or transfer the membership to someone else.

I love Club Metro in Manalapan. The gym is spacious, very clean and offers a great variety of classes. My favorites are Spin with Mardi or Melanie, as well as the Yoga Solace classes (though I haven't been there in a while). The most important part, to me, is the locker rooms/showers, which are always very clean and stocked with soap. The front desk physically makes you feel like you are walking into a spa, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Having such a nice studio to go to makes going to the gym a lot easier.

Its a hidden gem, behind a Goddard and McDonalds its by far the best gym in the area. I've been a member here for a year, the equipment still looks new, and the facility remains clean. The Director of fitness does a great job with introducing new classes to the schedule, always something for everyone. The instructors are both knowledgeable and highly motivating guiding you through the entire workout, and correcting your form to prevent injury. I prefer the one on one personal training, Nina and Rob - thank you

Club Metro Manalapan is a gym like no other I have belonged to!! From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted so warmly by the owners, the staff, and the other friendly members of the gym. The cleanliness is impeccable, the towels smell like fresh laundry, and the equipment is brand new and well maintained!! You can always find a friendly trainer on the floor providing motivating tips to improve your performance. All the classes include fantastic music and the instructors always step it up a notch to keep you coming and motivated!! Watch yourself transform!! At the end of a great workout you can mingle at the shake bar over a delicious protein shake or snack. Very Friendly atmosphere and family oriented. Club Metro staff is always with a smile, greeting you by name. You definitely see the members friendly with each other and friendly with the staff. I knew no one when I started at metro and next thing I know I was just embrassed by the staff and the members like I always belonged.

The trainers and instructors definitely know their trade and very professional. I have reached my goal of fitness beyond my expectations.

The facility is always clean and presentable. The shakes are fantastic.

I have been going to gyms for 20 years. I have worked out everywhere. Never, ever have I been to the cleanest, friendliest, best classes, happiest atmosphere anywhere. This is a wonderful, family owned amazing gym with classes of every kind. The intensity and variety of the instructors and classes can't be beat. No where can you go where the staff if knowledgable, so friendly and love what they do. The place is immaculate and overall the absolute best gym I have ever belonged to!!

Great flavors and they accommodate your needs, almond milk, water, skim milk, you can add extras and you get free shakes after purchasing 10! Great deals all the time! Honest owners and personal trainers are real experts on individual needs, the do NOT do same work out on everyone! Members are friendly and instructors are by FAR the best! I see people come out of a class full of swear and with a smile! I'm just an extreme happy member and location was my biggest sell!!
