What are my favorite places to go. I go there 5 days a week. They make exercising and staying healthy fun. I've been doing it for almost 9 years. Highly recommended for anyone at any level of exercise. Great instructors.

I love the MAX Challenge in Freehold because it’s like having a personal trainer who knows your limits and pushes you to do your best without overwhelming you. As someone who works from home, I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and overall health since I started.
The instructors push you to new levels but you can adjust the intensity to suit your fitness level and how you're feeling that day. Combined with an easy nutritional program, it’s a great way to stay in shape and see results. Highly recommend for anyone looking to live a healthy lifestyle!

Fun way to get your workout in! Nice group of supportive members - all lifting each other up. Just show up and follow directions and before you know it, it’s time to go. When you leave, you’ll feel accomplished.

Completed 4 of the 10 week Challenge and I feel great. The program allows you to work at your own pace and the support and encouragement is genuine and welcoming. I wish I began the program sooner it’s been life changing! Down 10 pounds already and looking forward to see my end result after week 10 and continuing on after. I have been a member of the Freehokd Max for over 6 years and I can’t imagine starting my day without it! The instructors are amazing and there is a different class plan every day! I modify a lot of exercises due to knee issues and that is totally fine because everybody works at their own level. The members are very fun, motivating and encouraging towards each other! I’ve never had “gym friends” before, but I am happy to say that I have formed some amazing friendships at The Max of Freehold!

Love this place!! I have always belonged to a gym, and been fairly active. After years of injuries/various surgeries I gained quite a bit of weight. I wasn't exercising regularly and even though I was eating well I struggled to lose weight. I was finally ready to put in a real effort and joined MAX of Freehold. I love it there. The workouts are challenging, the nutrition is easy to understand. In 21 weeks I have lost 25 pounds. My body shape has changed and I slimmed down a lot! The results are crazy good. Everyone, from the owner Judy, instructors Mike and Casey, and all the members are so supportive and motivating. I couldn't recommend it more. Additionally my cholesterol dropped from 240 to 165. If you're ready, this is the place.

Being a part of the max challenge/family has transformed my life. I tried everything from dieting to exercising, but given my metabolism, nothing worked, and then I discovered Max and lost close to 30 pounds. There could be other MAX facilities however, I’m talking about Max of Freehold in particular. It feels like being a part of a family. Instructors are top notch. Classes are fun and you get a great workout and superb support system. Highly recommended!!

I love this place!! Shelly and Judy are just the best there is, so friendly and warm! I never really loved a gym or working out as much as i do here! Anytime i take Shelly's class i always catch myself smiling during it, she picks great music and the work outs are 🔥
All of the other instructors are great as well!Everyone is really nice, kind, friendly and open, including all of the people who go to the classes. The good vibes are just contagious. Great place to join if you're thinking about joining a gym.

I was in the fence for a very long time regarding an exercise class. Although I have always gone to the gym a dear friend suggested I “change up” my routine. I was very skeptical at first especially since I knew I had to modify some of the exercises due to knee and back issues. Judi, the owner of Max, was always so encouraging so I decided to commit and take the plunge. Five weeks into my first challenge I have to admit that I look forward to the classes and actually get disappointed when my work schedule interferes with my preferred class. The instructors are all awesome however Shelly is beyond awesome making sure I am ok but still making me challenge myself week after week. I am eternally grateful to have met her. With that said the members in each class are just as awesome, motivational and encouraging. This skeptic is sold!

Excellent instructor led and peer supported fitness program accompanied by an easy to understand and follow structured nutrition program. Great fitness center and equipment, clean, sleek, enjoyable. The many fixed class times to choose from allow for selection of a time that works for you, and makes it easy to keep your personal commitment to attend the class programs every scheduled day. Great staff, great support by the instructors/owner/staff/peers, - and the program absolutely works as proven by the many many success stories working out alongside you! Love this program and the staff! I joined when it first opened Jun 2015 and dropped three sizes in 2 challenges. I left to have a baby and came back this year when my son was 4 months old. Through a healthy diet and daily exercise, MAX is a gentle, supportive atmosphere that inspires you to work on being the best you, you can be. Not competitive, but pushes you to work hard and improve on your previous accomplishments. Very motivational instructors who make sure you are working smart and safe and show you how to modify any activity so it is appropriate to your fitness level. If you are ready to lose weight, gain muscle and be confident, this is the right choice.
I lost 15lbs. in my first 10 week challenge and I have continued as a Legacy member and continue to lose and get stronger and healthier. You will be comfortable and fit in. There are people of all ages, shapes and sizes.

Here's the real story about all the hype over at TheMaxFitnessChallenge. (No I don't work there)
I got talked into going over to take a look at the free class by the wife and her friend (The friend had lost a dramatic amount of weight). I had gained way too much weight over the years and needed to do something before I died from a heart attack or stroke.
So I go to the first class. I'm thinking to myself "What the heck am I doing here!!!" Can't catch my breath, feel like puking or even passing out. Well that made a believer out of me. I was a mess. They weren't working anybody hard. It was the free try it out class. Signed up right there.
Started taking the 5:00am class. Yeah I know. Too early right? More about that later.
Met a whole bunch of really nice folks there. All with the same goal. Get in shape and loose some weight. Everybody there encourages you every step of the way. No judgements. Nobody cares what you look like in your gym clothes. Just a bunch of new friends helping you to achieve your goals.
Started the first week of Sept. 2015. It's now Feb 2016. So far I've lost 46 lbs and down 3 pants sizes. I really feel great. Once you start going you won't want to miss a day. Too early? You would think so but the class always has plenty of folks. The only time people miss is if it's an absolute necessity.
In a short ten weeks you are going to see the people around you transformed. Not only their physical appearance. Their whole outlook. You will see it in their faces. It's amazing.
As for me? Come on over to the 5:00 am class and meet Priscilla's group. I'll be there and glad to welcome you with the rest of the folks. It's worth the investment in time and effort. You won't be disappointed.
