Loving the workouts.MAX is exactly what i needed to get me to have a discipline to workout on weekdays. Great to have 5am class so can get it done first thing in the morning then move on to other things in the busy day. If i do sleep in a day there is always the 6am class to make up. Energetic coaches, great peers.

I absolutely love the workout experience. It's like working out and partying with friends at the same time. When I first joined I could barely move. I cannot say enough good things about The Max Challenge of Pine Brook. When I first started years back, it was truly a whole new world, with so many things to learn. The instructors were so patient and gave excellent instruction, consistently helping everyone to perfect form and push the boundaries no matter the experience level. The instructors have a very special way of treating their members as long lost friends, and it is amazing to me how they remember everyone's names. Classes are challenging, invigorating and fun. Members feed off of one another's energy, with infectious motivation. There is a power talk at the end of every class, which I really appreciate. The best part is how you can see not only your body, but your mindset change.

Joining the max challenge was one of the best decisions I made for myself.
I am 16 months post partum, and was out of commission since 16 weeks pregnant, due to placenta previa. I feel healthy, confident and stronger than I was pre pregnancy. I’m thrilled to continue classes and become the best version of myself. 🥹

I joined The MAX Challenge of Pine Brook about a month ago, and it has been an incredible journey so far. Not only have I lost 10 lbs, but I feel rejuvenated and more energetic than ever before. I started working out at The Max Challenge gym in December 2022 and it was the best decision I ever made!! Between the trainers and the atmosphere of group fitness, I’ve never been more comfortable to show up every day! After college I was inconsistent with my work outs and meals plan, which caused a lot of frustration. But since going to the max, I have been able to maintain four and even 5 work outs per week! In addition, I even have a weekly meal plan to help support my nutrition.
My goal for 2023 was to get back in the gym and be consistent. Now I’m still working on the food, but I can confidently say that I have been achieving my fitness goals with the help of my max family! ❤️

For reference, I am 35 years old and certified as a crossfit coach, but after 2 pregnancies and a pandemic, the max was a great for my postpartum body to get back into fitness. I prefer heavy weightlifting, but If you are into cardio this is the spot for you, as even on the “upper and lower body” days, the weight lifting is very minimal. The members are friendly and not intimidating. Worth checking it out. They also do kickboxing on fridays, I’m way too uncoordinated for those workouts but some people love it.

The Max Challenge of Pine Brook is the best decision I ever made for myself. It is so much more than a gym. It feels like a family. The workouts are never the same. They are motivating and led by a trainer. They have a wonderful nutrition program. Someone is always there to help you with an exercise, meal plan or motivation. I never feel judged but always feel encouraged, inspired, stimulated and like I belong. I truly found the best place to work out. I started at The Max Challenge several years ago after winning a 10 week challenge through a raffle. After a few weeks I was hooked. The classes target all muscle groups and the instructors are fabulous. They give you options for different exercises if you need lower intensity or if you have a problem area (like weak wrists or knee issues). In 45 minutes you get a great workout and feel ready to take in the day. Love it here!

I was very apprehensive and nervous to try a work out class, especially in my town with other people I might know. After the first class i was hooked, I couldn't wait until the next class. Karen, the instructor, was meant to do this. Her calling mustve been to be an instructor because she’s ALWAYS full of energy and smiles, kindness and always willing to help and show you the correct way to do something. She’s always boosting everyones esteem. Gretchen works there too and with her I wouldn’t have come back, I piggy backed her my first day and she was so patient with me. If you haven’t tried it, try a class. They have about 8 classes a day i think and each one is different!! I’m so glad I signed up. OH there’s a whole nutrition program to follow too that they provide. Try it! You can thank me later! Ps the class has become like another family to me. Another bonus!

Fun and challenging classes. All of the trainers are super supportive and very encouraging-offering modifications and variations for exercises making them perfect for all fitness levels. Finished week 6 tonight! What seemed impossible 6 weeks ago is actually happening. The first class I don't think I lasted 5 minutes and had to stop and catch my breath. 6 weeks later I am doing things that make me proud! Last Monday's Max 500 was awesome. I brought home my paper showing what I completed and all my son could say was "damn mom!" It is now posted on the fridge! Max Challenge is the epitome of life changing!

Better than any gym program I have ever done before, this place is more of a drug. The program is the program... and it works if you follow it. But this review is more about the location and the people who are part of it. The place is new (Fall 2017), bright, clean, and welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable, supportive, fun, and enthusiastic about more than fitness/health; about helping people realize success and achieve goals. They care and it shows; from the attention to individuals during class sessions to correct form and motivate, through the social media engagement all day every day to build a healthy and engaged community, and even checking in personally if they don't see you there for a few days to make sure everything is OK. They make you want to go exercise and I actually really miss it on days I can't make it to a class. I needed something to shake things up in life before joining and am so glad I found it.
