MAX Fitness and Wellness of South Brunswick (formerly THE MAX Challenge) is where real transformations happen. Best known for our 10-Week Transformation Program, we combine energizing strength, HIIT, and kickboxing classes with simple, sustainable nutrition coaching and the accountability you need to succeed. As a mom of 2 young kids staying consistent with my fitness journey had always been tough. Once I joined Max I just picked up the momentum and I look forward going to the class each day. Beth is wonderful and so are the other people of the class. The whole atmosphere is so positive, motivating and always on fire. I am kind of addicted to workout now :)

Amazing place. You have to stay committed. The trainers are top notch and push you to bring out the best. My favrite is kickboxinf day (Fridays). Follow their plan. You may feel exhausted the first week however you will feel much more energized and much motivated afterwards. Just don't give up. I highly recoomend Max Challenge in South Brunswick.

Good facilities and enough equipments. The program has different kinds of exercise each day. One day in a week is dedicated to weight training, one day is for kickboxing. All the trainers are nice and will always assist you. Highly recommended!!

This has been a wonderful experience for me. The classes are taught by wonderful instructors who really care about the members. They show you how to adapt exercises to the level you are comfortable with and motivate and cheer you on throughout each class. The members are all supportive of each other as well. I have never felt self-conscious. I look forward to each class. I wish I had known about The Max Challenge of South Brunswick a long time ago but I am so grateful it is a part of my life now.

My first 3 months of being at The Max in South Brunswick were rewarded with a drop of 35 pounds! The training is geared for every level, and the "life-changers" are great! You have a personal trainer every day, in a group format! Dinesh knows each and every one of his clients, and really cares about your health & well being!

The whole attitude behind the staff and company itself is to be very engaged. It's not your typical gym where you're on your own; it feels like you're on a team. They also walk you through nutrition which is nice. The location is simple and clean, not at all intimidating. They also help to keep track of your progress. Joining The Max, South Brunswick was the best decision I made for my health. This program is not just your normal "lose weight" program. They taught me how to properly eat. Joining the Max is the best decision I ever made. I love going on this journey with this group of people. Working out 5 days a week to exciting and invigorating classes is the best start to my day. The friends I've made have become my Max family. They push me and encourage me to get out of my comfort zone and try those things I never thought I would do. I don't feel complete until my workout for the day is done. We have fun while getting in amazing workouts. The food plan is the best. I've tried every fad diet out there and this is rlthe only one that actually works and is easy to follow. The recipes are delicious and I don't feel deprived at all. The trainers and owners are the most supportive people around. They make me want to keep going and push those limits even more. If your considering joining, just do it. You won't regret it.

I really enjoy going to Max Challenge. The people are very friendly and supportive. The vibe is very inviting. I have been part of this challenge for 11 weeks now and I have decided to continue on with a new Challenge. I have noticed big changes in my body. When I first joined I had a very big gut because of my two children and after 10 weeks of working out and eating clean, my gut is smaller. The Challenge helps you to stay focused on your goals! You get so much support from your trainer and all of the people around. I have learned so many new recipes. I workout five days a week to my own potiential. I have no stress on trying to get to someone’s level, I am able to focus on me with support of others. I noticed every day I get stronger and I am able to do much more challenging drills. I also have noticed heightened energy level. I get a lot of support and encouragement. I definitely recommend Max Challenge.
