I don’t think I’ll ever have the exact words to express how life changing your life will be with Mel as your trainer. Her knowledge and dedication to all things health and fitness related is truly remarkable.
I started training with her a few years ago and I can honestly say without her help I would not have developed the love and dedication I have towards being in the gym, hitting all my goals. Mel is the absolute best trainer!! She’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and keeps you motivated. She gave me the confidence to work out on my own (properly) and in the gym. I never felt comfortable walking into a gym on my own simply because I didn’t know what I was doing and she not only helped me get to where I wanted to be but she also made sure I knew what I was doing and why! This helped me stay consistent with a proper form when I wasn’t training with Mel. She made great suggestions to fix my imbalances and it has made a huge difference. She has a great program and I’d recommend her a thousand times! She’s incredible!!

I worked with Melissa for approximately 13 months. When we met I shared my goals of getting ready for wedding day wear and hopes to change my relationship with fitness overall. We met 3-4x a week for the year and she delivered what was promised. I gained comfort with being in the gym, learned about the mind body connection as it relates to my physical health, and developed a healthier relationship with food. Melissa was an excellent listener and always checked in with me about my experience of her training. On wedding day I felt confident about the changes I saw on my body and felt so grateful that Melissa guided me through it all. My favorite part of working together was her genuine passion for fitness. She educated me on why we took specific steps in training and always found creative ways to explain it if I was lost or confused. I'd highly recommend her services!

I’ve been training with Mel for 3 months now. Before Mel training me and introducing me to lifting weights, I would always just do cardio because of how anxious I felt in the gym and I I probably would have never began this fitness journey with out her! I’m forever thankful and grateful I made the decision of making her my personal trainer. She is super sweet and attentive to your needs and fitness goals and also makes your feel very comfortable. Mel is an excellent trainer. Her knowledge about maintaining good health , sharing and communication has reallly helped me out a lot on my day to day routine. She will go above and beyond to raise your limits and challenge you all away which to me is a plus! Ive been training with her for 2 months now, going on 3, and i am beyond pleased with the results that ive been achieving and cant wait to see the ones we’ll continue to achieve together. Training overall and on its own can be both challenging and intimidating, and youll have days where youre not motivated, with Mel being so personable and taking every step with you so serious, she makes it her duty to keep you moving , to help you build that confidence we all need . There wont be a session where you dont feel like you’ve improved on a workout or feel amazed you moved on to another one more challenging.
