I've been to quite a few gyms in the Mercer county area where it seems the trainers go through the motions and get you in and out then on to the next person so they can make more money. John takes his time, educates and pushes you. It's a great environment for one on one and he also offers group training. You will get results quickly.

Metabolic and working with John has been life changing for me. This is not just a gym it is a full personal and unique lifestyle program. When meeting with John he quickly put me at ease and worked a meal plan that worked with my schedule, tastes and goals. After only a few months of training and commitment I am already showing results. I have far more energy and confidence and like the way I look in clothes . His workouts are a program , our members, a family. I am losing fat and gaining muscle. My body is going through a complete transformation and I have never felt stronger , more balanced or leaner. It is exciting to know this is only the beginning ! This Introduction to weight training and the feeling the changes my body goes through as his workouts target the full body with functional movements have taught me that getting a full fitness program rather than just “working out” is the path I want to be on. The small group training allows personal connection, coaching , guidance and motivation. I’m addicted to this gym. The workouts are challenging and I’m lifting more weight than I ever thought was possible. John is an amazing trainer. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Very encouraging to push you to new levels of fitness. All the members are great too. Not a bunch of intimidating meat heads.

Highly recommend if someone is lacking effort to achieve their goal. If needed, The trainer generates nutrition plan for each individuals based on his/her goal. Very friendly environment.
