Just had my daughter’s birthday party at the ice skating rink. I am beyond thrilled on. How it turned out. The party coordinator was so helpful and answered all questions in a timely manner. Our host Bella was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Super attentive and thought of small details! Really made sure we made the most of every minute of the party!! Thank you MSC will recommend having parties there to my friends. Also give Bella a raise! She’s excellent at her job!!!

Middletown pool club is attached to the sports complex where they play ice hockey.
The pool club is no longer open during weekdays for the general public it opens up to them at 4:00pm because they have day camp which is ridiculous in the past they had camp while the pool was open around 4:00pm you are getting ready to go home and make dinner.
A number of pools have either been filled in or are no longer in service.
It's okay for something to do on the weekend for a day pass

I’m a little disappointed with Middletown pool club. We came a week prior to today and we were told that a day pass for non-residence would be $12 and for kids would be eight we come back today. they told us that now nonresident day pass is $18 including Kids too Think that’s ridiculous since nothing in the pool club has changed. The paint is still chipping. The food is still expensive and they never have the other pool open and then they offer you a membership but the membership you can’t use during the weekday until after 4 o’clock During the day, very disappointing, probably will be our last day at the pool club.

Absolute dump. Looks like it was probably once nice. Zero pride in the ice maintenance or facilities upkeep. Ridden hard and put away wet, so they say. If I paid league fees for my kid to play here, I’d be furious. Picture sums up the ethos of rink management.

Great local resource for us hockey fans. Two good sheets of ice. Clean facilities. Snack bar is limited but open. Rink 1 is cold. Bring warm clothes. Plenty of parking. Glad it’s been around for so long. Let’s go hockey!

We are trying to watch a varsity game on live barn and they’ve locked out the third period with an access code. They have apparently mischeduled live barn and won’t provide the code. The rink itself looked nice for the first part of the game we could watch.

Our family had a great time there. We watched our nephew skate with his team. Everyone was very friendly and polite. We will be going back this afternoon to see him skate again. The restrooms we very clean and well supplied.
Great place to take your family and friends for a night out. The kid's had a great time, cheering for their cousin.

Nice facility, hockey club with great view overlook rink 1. But pro shop is very disappointing in skate sharpening, edges were uneven after the work done, felt like only being touched but not sharpened. Need to bring it to sharpen again after one game. I expected much more in a large facility like this.

Pools are run down and rusted. The cook complained about making food and taking breaks every 5 minutes for 15 minutes at a time. I got bad stomach pains after eating their food and pooped green. My son is now having stomach pains. I'm not going back. Good luck if you keep the cook around. Not a good experience. I do not suggest this place.

The food stand is alot better! The pro shop is a work in progress the best skate sharpener around! Still need to advertise more about what's going on at the rink but got alot better! There's alot of potential in the rink and still growing! The rink is the home to the NAHL Titans! Come support this great team!!Go Titans!! The highlight of my week is Learn to Skate at the Middletown Sports Complex with my son. The staff is so friendly and my son has progressed so much and has grown to love skating! The instructors are truly the best!

1. Use their skating rink only if you want to experience 200+ abusive shouting teenagers in one rink. Some of them were hurling racial abuses & pushing smaller kids. I brought this to the notice of the security who was friendly but could not help much.
2. They do not accept Groupon even when they advertised so.

We took our boys here for a birthday party! It was so much fun. I tried ice skating in my 20's but didn't like it. I tried again with my boys and we had a blast!! The party room is so nice and if you are lucky, as we were, you can catch a Titans game from above!! So cool.

Their place was good. Went there for their lab performance training, and it was great. They also have some of these machines that they can use to analise your body to find your serengths and weaknesses to for you to work on them. They also have other things like an ice ring, etc. The only downside is that ybeir price is a little on the high for me because I am a student. Apart from the price, tje place is a great place.

If there was a separate rating for both the pro shop and the ice at the rink itself i would by far give it 5stars without a doubt. I also would still go for public skating events and skate sharpening and baking and all my hockey product needs in the future. THE ONE AND ONLY REASON I AM GIVING THIS 2STARS IS BECAUSE OF THE FOLLOWING: they honestly wouldn't want anything to do with you as far as skating clinics tournaments and or teams unless you are of the male gender and or signing your son up for hockey. This is just from my experience I have no idea if anyone's experience is different and if it is good than by far keep going but if not idk. I understand I am an adult but its not about age honestly its about gender that kept getting me turned away from tournaments and hockey events.

My son has been a part of middletown titans for the past 6 years. They have a great hockey program for kids of all levels. He started their house league program which was an amazing intro to travel hockey. He has been really enjoying his experience here in the youth hockey program. The coaches he has had over the years have all been instrumental in his desire to play the game. At the youth level they do incorporate a sense of belonging to a team, and they work hard and still have fun. Even during this time of a pandemic they have saftey at the forefront as the staff is constantly doing temp checks and cleaning which does give you peace of mind. Coach Andy and Coach Rob have really made my son's season fun, while still providing a high level training. It's been a great experience for my son, cannot wait to see what the future brings for this program.

Oh behalf of me and my family who were members for 3yrs. Never once were we informed of the new change of ownership this year. An that there would no longer be a weekend package available. The female manager there is very nasty not a people person what so ever. Up until two weeks ago there website advertisement for the old pool club was up. They just changed it within the last week An are acting like the weekend package didn’t exist. Horrible job done by new management. Good luck family’s they couldn’t even have the club up an running for the paying customers. This weekend is the grand opening An was suppose to be two weeks ago. we were just informed yesterday that we are not members unless we pay for a full package.

Odd the one review is just for the bar - for a supposed family ice rink and pool. The actual ice may be fine. Never used pool, but for youth home hockey games the music is too loud and the fans are completely obnoxious. Even with locker rooms in the rink they often put away teams in locker room outside the rink by the bathroom. Rude. But this goes hand in hand with the fans. If the rink was somewhere else, it would get a 4. If it wasn't a new rink and it was old and factor in the parents, it's a 2.
