I’ve been coming to Mind Motion Wellness for about 5 months now and I absolutely love it!
Ann Marie is the best instructor — she’s so patient and always lets you go at your own pace. There are plenty of classes to choose from, and the studio is always clean, cozy, and has such a welcoming atmosphere.
If you love pilates like I do, this is definitely the right place for you!

If you are looking for a Pilates and/ or small group fitness studio, look no further! Mind Motion Wellness is THE BEST! I’ve been taking Pilates, HIIT, and Strength & Tone classes here for 6 months and I can honestly say it’s such a special place. The instructors are amazing—so supportive and knowledgeable—and the small class sizes make a huge difference because you get that extra attention to make sure you’re doing everything right.
The community is super welcoming and fun to be a part of, and it really feels like everyone is rooting for each other. It’s true Pilates, and I’ve noticed such a big change in my strength, body, and what I’m able to do. I leave every class feeling grateful I showed up!

The class size is what drew me to Mind Motion Wellness. I love the personal, comfy atmosphere you get when taking a class with only four people max. You don't just feel like a number. Your instructor is watching your movements and correcting you when needed. That's super important. I have lower back pain and Von will come over to me and give me guidance on how to do certain moves with my back pain in mind. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

I recently attended a Pilates class at Mind Motion Wellness with my partner, and it was the perfect date night! Anne Marie led the session with a welcoming and motivating style, making it easy for us as beginners to participate and feel challenged.
The studio's calm atmosphere enhanced the experience, focusing on mindfulness and connection. We left feeling rejuvenated and bonded over our effort. I highly recommend this Pilates date night for couples looking for a fun and healthy way to connect. We can’t wait to return!

Mind Motion Wellness is a wonderful studio with fantastic individualized instruction. Great for any fitness level, any age and modifications for injuries/problem areas (ie: back). Fun atmosphere to boot!
