Never a dull moment, the atmosphere is straight dedication at its finest.. Cardio, strength training to an upbeat state of consciousness.. Take the time and just try it out. It can become addictive, so be mindful.

Monarch CrossFit has an amazing and supportive community! The environment is super friendly, and everyone helps you get better no matter your fitness level. Coach Tyler, Maurice, and Danny are great at teaching proper technique and making sure you’re doing each exercise safely and effectively. Highly recommend coming here, they’re the best!

One of the best boxes I have been apart of. The coaching, the community, and the programming are unmatched. Had the pleasure to be coached by Tyler, Maurice, and Irene. They know how to keep the energy in the gym and made me feel like family. They are extremely knowledgeable and provided tips and cues to make me a better athlete. The culture of Monarch will spoil you because no other gyms in the area come close to the welcoming and friendly environment. Coaches Tyler, Maurice, Maria, Irene and Nadine are all on point. If you are looking to lose weight, learn new skills, or just become more fit I would not go anywhere else.

Whatever your fitness level and goals, I would point you to Monarch. Their staff invites, encourages, and challenges you, not only with "the what" of a particular movement but "the why" of its daily and lifelong functional value. We brought almost 20 people for a workout, and every last one of them left exhausted yet satisfied, and eager to do it again. This gym truly promote the strength and wellness of the whole person. For that reason alone---and many others---I would strongly encourage you to connect with Monarch.

Amazing CrossFit gym, knowledgeable and encouraging coaches, outstanding facilities. Modifications for different ability levels. 5am, 6am, 9am & 12pm classes are all on point. The members and coaches have great energy. By the end of every workout I feel completely empowered. The programming is very well thought out with each day having a strength/skill component first and then a WOD. Tyler, Maurice, Nadine and Irene are all excellent coaches. The facility is new, modern and functional. Plus they have AC, heat and showers - not easy to find in a CrossFit box.

My first time ever trying a CrossFit training program and loved it. I performed and practiced exercises I've never done before that would overall help me in my performance and health. I also loved the last 10-20 minutes because it's physically demanding and it's a great way to push yourself to the limits, if not, more.

I came here a former athlete with a short history of weight and cardio training but a complete novice to crossfit and found it to be the most friendly and encouraging environment the coaches are attentive to everyone's fitness goals and knowledgeable in the field they are always there to answer any questions i have they inspire and push me to always be doing better while having fun during each class the workouts kill and give results as I have hit a few PRs since joining IF I had to say one negative thing it would be that I wish I could see the workouts for each day of the week

This has been one of the best experiences I have had with a gym/training center. The coaches are great and are helping you every step of the way. When you think of CrossFit everyone talks about how intimidating it is, however I never felt intimidated by any of the workouts. My coach Maurice is invested in my weight loss journey and very encouraging! He has been great! I hate to workout with a passion but I always look forward to coming to class! Don’t think about it, just join!!

Great workout, you will feel it after a workout. Even when you try to doubt your self the level of encouragement from the coaches and the other students in the class its intense. The atmosphere is amazing. They even have an app to keep a log of your lifting PB. You want to get strong and in a positive environment BOOK A CLASS!!

This is the absolute best facility to train at. The best programming to make sure you are truly able to be at your best as well as improving overall. For anyone looking to improve their fitness levels, I couldn’t recommend Monarch Training enough.
I've been training consistently at Monarch and couldn't be happier with my progress.
-The programming is effective and intentional. As someone who tried strength training on their own with minimal improvements, Tyler’s programming increased all my strength numbers while improving my cardio.
-The coaches are excellent, providing safe and effective instruction while being mindful of individual fitness levels. They push us when needed and scale back when necessary.
-The owners are personable, knowledgeable, and experienced across several areas of training and competition.
-Being part of this community has introduced a level of competitiveness that makes the journey enjoyable and rewarding. I’ve pushed myself more in a group than I could have ever done on my own while building solid connections with other members.
For anyone with the slightest interest, it is absolutely worth dropping in to check out. Highly recommend!

This was my first Crossfit experience. I'm only leaving bc I'm moving. You're treated like family from day one. Every level of athlete is weclomed. Tyler and Kelly are expert coaches, teachers, and leaders in the fitness space. They take the time to listen to you and develop a program individualized for your needs and adjust when necessary. Their depth of knowledge of fitness/nutrition and their care for their clients/members is unmatched. I can't recommend Monarch Training more highly, whether you want to try Crossfit, or have another fitness/athletic goal for either in-person or virtual training.

Tyler is an incredible coach. All of his programming is super thought out, and he is incredibly knowledgeable on all things weightlifting. All of my lifts have improved since starting 5 months ago (I've been crossfitting for approx 7 years). Great atmosphere, beautiful, clean gym with brand new equipment, air conditioning, and showers!
