Move More Marlboro is a premium private training studio offering both private and small group sessions for adults of all ability levels. We deliver safe and sustainable programs that help keep you strong and mobile.
Long bouts of cardio and high-intensity workouts aren't sustainable for most people long-term. To remain strong, lean, and mobile as you age, strength training is a necessity, and having a great program is essential.
Move More Marlboro uses top of the line machines and free weights from some of the biggest names in fitness, and the head coach has over 20 years of experience teaching you how to use them safely, effectively, and sustainably.

I’ve been training with Matt for over 10 years and also participate in other sports. As I progress in age, I owe much of my ability to continue to be as active as I am to Matt. His ability to provide the smallest of cues to correct form make all the difference in working what you need to be working vs perpetuating poor form resulting in injuries. I highly recommend Matt.

If you are looking for personal trainer this is the place! In 2015 I was diagnosed with cancer. After a lot of treatments and many surgeries, I gained weight and lost strength. I went to multiple gyms and just couldn’t seem to lose the weight. I was just about to give up when I was introduced to Matt. Not only have I lost almost 80 pounds, but have gained most my strength back. I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in. Most importantly I’m starting to gain my confidence back. Matt is patient and gets to know his client’s personal strengths and weaknesses, and bases your training on that. True Personal Training! Plus he always has a good playlist! ❤️

Nothing but good things to say about Matt and Move More Marlboro. I’ve been working out with Matt for about 3 months now. He is so skilled, professional, kind and patient. Matt is focused on helping me achieve my goals while also being mindful of my prior back injuries and helping me avoid any pain during/after my workout. Whenever I need help or support, he’s always there to give me a hand. He ensures that my technique is always correct and makes every workout challenging (& fun, somehow!). He constantly varies exercises and switches up workouts so no two sessions are ever the same. You will never get bored of the workouts. I’ve learned how to properly use weights and exercise equipment as well as seen drastic improvements in my ability to complete more reps of exercises I used to not be able to do, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. Every workout leaves me feeling refreshed and energized.
I thoroughly enjoy working out with Matt and would recommend Matt to anyone looking for an amazing, dedicated trainer. Not only am I so thankful to have Matt as a coach, but also as a friend.

Matt is not only a great dude, but an even greater trainer. I’ve been training with him for years and have seen myself reach incredible highs. I now use his remote, online coaching platform which I find very effective, but would definitely recommend training in person to start. As with anything, what you put in is what you get out, and I guarantee you will see results both physically and mentally if you fully commit yourself to his program!
