You'll regret not training with Mackenzie. As someone who is post partum and with a wide variety of injuries and ailments, Mackenzie's attention to detail and focus on form has allowed me to actually work out again. I notice such a change in my strength and have been able to tone areas that I never could before. Our sessions fly and the workouts are always challenging and leave me wishing I could come every day.

I’ve been going here for both one on one training and semi private training with Mackenzie for about a year and a half now. I can’t speak highly enough of her and the studio itself.

Mackenzie’s knowledge, expertise, and passion for training is unmatched. She’s helped me stay consistent with my fitness and health goals, and I’ve watched myself grow stronger and leaner. She has an ease about her; she gives such positive energy without feeling forced.

The actual gym itself is clean, spacious, and well thought out. It has copious amount of equipment without feeling overcrowded at all.

Jarrett is a very personable instructor who is very clear on instructions and corrections that need to be made during each session. The progress I have achieved over the past 6 months at MOVE is visible, and Jarrett curates the workouts to help achieve specific goals (i.e. weight loss, building of muscle etc.). Jarrett is extremely versatile as a trainer, he can and has adapted workouts on the fly when needed. Michele and Jarrett make scheduling and changing workouts very easy, and its a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend MOVE, and cannot say enough about the experience I have had there.

I've been going to this gym for over six years. Jarrett, the owner and one of the trainers, is an expert in functional training. He's helped me build my core and strength so I can continue with my skiing, tennis, and running. I couldn't have done all these activities without injuries due to his training. I've also had my teenage son train here and it's helped his soccer and taught him the proper way to strength train. I highly recommend this gym!!!

I can’t recommend this gym enthusiastically enough.
The gym itself is well equipped, well managed and well kept.
I have worked with Jarrett for almost 10 years both virtually and in the gym in person. He is thorough, careful, very knowledgeable and experienced.
The sessions are individually designed and varied enough to be challenging and interesting.
I have had a few injuries ( not training related) over the years and he is very careful to modify my program to accommodate my healing.

I've been training with Jarrett for 5 years and don't plan on stopping. M.O.V.E provides everything I need to continue to compete as an athlete and prevent injury from ending my season. Regardless of your ability level, your goals or your experience, Jarrett will build a program for you.

There is a strong focus on mobility (which I needed desperately when I started) and proper form, ensuring that you get strong while staying healthy. Scheduling is easy and Michele is incredibly responsive to any questions or conflicts you may have for your session.

My goals vary from year to year however, training with Jarrett provides me with the strong foundation so that I can be bullet-proof throughout the cycling race season and through the ski season.

I had debated going to a trainer for years and finally started use Jarrett and Michele after two friends independently raved about them. I've been going for 2-3 months now and adore it. They have a great training studio on Jefferson Street, and one of their biggest differentiating factors ... they wholeheartedly care about their clients and it's really motivational. And the experience isn't exclusively exercise; they've improved my balance, muscle, mobility, and diet. I'm really thankful I took my friends' advice to start this, as it's been a tough but really rewarding few months. I highly highly recommend meeting Jarrett and Michele; the experience has exceeded my expectations in a huge way and I can't see myself ever stopping.
