I specialize in strength and conditioning, with a massive bulk of my experience in bodybuilding, making me a master of full body recomposition. I guide my clients through a sustainable lifestyle change that makes achieving their goals not only possible, but long term. My focus is to teach my clients proper form and technique that they can build upon for the rest of their lives.

This review is for my trainer, Mike. I met him six months ago, and at the time, I had no idea just how out of shape I was. I couldn’t run, struggled to lift 10-pound dumbbells, had zero flexibility, and my body fat % was over 37%, now its 19%!!!
Now I can do push ups easily, running 3-4 times a week, 10k steps a day no problem!
Mike saw the potential in me before we even started working together. His level of accountability is truly impressive; he not only checks if I’m eating right, staying hydrated, and hitting my daily steps, but he genuinely cares about my progress.

Mike spends hours preparing for our sessions, ensuring that I can push myself hard and work the targeted muscle groups effectively. I can say that I’ve never felt healthier or more on track to achieving my best shape. I always look forward to our sessions.

Muscle method is the best! Conveniently located right off route 46 with plenty of parking. Miguel is super knowledgeable and energetic. He offers both one on one sessions and small group sessions to fit your preference. He explains and demonstrates everything thoroughly. Helps with modifications and corrects your form all while being super encouraging and personable. Weight training doesn't feel like a chore here. I look forward to coming in. I was very skeptical about joining another gym, but I am so happy I joined Muscle Method. I am 58 yrs , overweight woman who hasn’t exercised since I been in high school . I did join gyms before but gave up after 1 week.
Miguel & Sam are great they push you Miguel’s workout method is different than other gyms. You won’t get bored . And the day you go you sleep like a baby . I joined a month ago , and already lost 10lbs . I feel better and I actually look forward going to the gym. I’m 66 years old and have had chronic back pain for years. Upon waking up, it would take me an hour before I could walk with my back straight. I love Miguel enthusiasms. I definitely recommend him. Super energetic and very professional. Help you focus on the correct position of each exercise. He doesn't have a problem on repeat and show you every single time till you do it right. I was always looking forward to my next session.

The facility is very nice and neat and he has a lot of instruments to work out on every muscle of your body.

Price is decent and I don't find it exorbitant to the amount of good he help to your body and mental health.

I was looking for a one on one trainer. I came across Miguel on social media and he arranged a zoom meeting to see if we were a good fit to work together which gave me a really good impression. After initially working with Miguel for 3 months I just signed up for the whole year. The encouragement aind training I am receiving is invaluable. I'm using equipment I've never even though I would even touch ever. My appetite has changed in which I'm not craving junk food because my body has adapted to the meal plan suggestions Miguel has provided and my whole demeanor has improved. The gym is a bit far for me but I gladly travel the distance for the quality of service I have gotten.

Miguel is unlike any trainer you’ll ever have, because he’s better than all the rest. For me, it wasn’t his extensive knowledge about the body, fitness, and nutrition that made me look forward to sessions with him. It was his kindness, and his genuine excitement to see me grow along my fitness journey and to push me when he knew I had more strength in me to keep going and do a few more reps that made me look forward to every session.

Before Miguel, I found it really difficult to be kind to myself in my gym sessions. I would do the same boring exercises, I had doubt of my form, and had only negative self talk when I couldn’t more reps.

There is no exaggeration when I say Miguel changed my life, and my relationship with myself in the gym. He helped change the narrative in my head to believe in myself and to be kind and patient as my journey with fitness has ebbed and flowed.

I recommend Miguel to anyone looking for serious results with a trainer who always has your back. I have never felt stronger and more confident than when I did sessions with Miguel. The only reason I’m not currently doing sessions with him is because I moved to Europe.

Miguel has been my trainer for over 4 years now after I left a larger commercial type gym that didn’t give me the same attention.
The workouts are tough but he gets you through it and constantly switches up the different muscle groups. Plus you need to try his Mighty Foods Gourmet Nut Butters. Great before a workout.

Don’t look to start your fitness journey anywhere else but here ! Miguel is awesome he makes each class fun and tailors it to your strengths and knows how to better your weaknesses. You are shown everything step by step and learn how to do everything correctly, which is the most important for you form and to not harm yourself. I never would have thought to be able to lift and do certain core exercises they way I do now. Each class goes a long way and they are tough but worth it .
