My Gym Glen Rock has it all! Great teachers, engaging programs and easy class times. Our 5 year daughter has been attending the PreK gymnastics class for over a year and it continues to be her weekend highlight. We also had her 5th birthday party a few weeks ago (shoutout to Mr Jose and Ms Kailey for a super fun event) and greatly appreciate their 3 hour camps during school breaks (like today). Thank you My Gym team for being a wonderful part of our family's NJ experience.

Love this place - my daughter has been coming for 2 years and my 14 month old son will be starting soon. They are organized, fun, and keep the children engaged. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the instructors - they are the best!!! Especially Mr Jose!

This past weekend we had our son’s 2nd birthday party at My Gym. We were blown away by the flow of the day and how easy they made the entire process. Everyone at the party kept telling us how great they thought this was and a bunch of us are planning on regularly attending. Thank you to everyone at My Gym for making my son’s birthday so special.

My daughter started at My Gym in Glen Rock when she was about 9 months old and has loved the classes so much! They offer a wide variety of activities for every age and always challenge her to try new things.
The teachers are so amazing! Shout out to Ms. Amanda especially who has known her since she first started! They always make the kids and parents feel welcome and make sure the kids have a great time.
Because this has been my daughter's favorite place, we also did her birthday here and they made the whole event so special. Tailoring everything to her and it was easy to setup the party with them. They offered a lot and also allowed us to bring in our own food and drinks which was great.

Went here for a 2nd birthday party with our 1 & 3 year old. Miss Amanda and Mr. Jose were so good with the kids and keeping the party moving and the kids very entertained. They interacted with them, singing, dancing, playing, puppets, bubbles. I highly recommend My Gym for birthday parties.

Had my daughter's 5th birthday party this past weekend - Jose and Amanda were incredible party helpers. The whole process was so easy - we just showed up, had a blast, and went home! Kids loved it. Parents loved it. Planning was beyond easy. Definitely recommend!

The teachers were super nice! Felt it was more of an “open play” vibe for the classes, and I was looking for an environment a tad bit more structured… I also feel that it can be cleaned way better, but I wouldn’t say anything negative about this place :)

My daughter just had her 5th birthday celebration here over the weekend.
The facility is clean, bright, and inviting. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive, helpful, professional, and so fun! All of the kids loved them! I was very impressed with how they would engage the group of children. I was even more impressed when they took their time and were so compassionate with children who were shy or scared. It truly warmed my heart.

My granddaughter LOVES going to My Gym. Josh and the staff have been wonderful. My grandson went there 4 years ago as a toddler and loved Mr. Josh who was his teacher and is now the Director. My granddaughter now goes as a toddler. Her current teachers Alex and Amanda are awesome!! They love their jobs which is why they are such amazing teachers!! They excel in engaging children socially, presenting and following through with actives in a fun way and making the children feel welcomed and loved!!! Thanks My Gym!!!!

Today was my daughters first time at MyGym and let me just say, FABULOUS. It was such a welcoming fun energy. The instructors were tremendous and super exciting. This gym has great instructors and a nice and welcoming environment. It was wonderful that they implemented class passes in addition to their membership option to allow for more flexibility which I needed given the need to balance schedules of more than one child. However, 6 classes (over $200 worth) were allowed to expire and I wasn’t given a heads up about it. It is definitely my responsibility, but thought it would be a nice courtesy for them to extend a reminder to a previously loyal customer.

I only have the most POSITIVE things to say about My Gym in Glen Rock. My children and their friends have the most amazing experience each week. The staff is ALWAYS overly friendly, interactive, and outgoing. They interact with each child in the class each week. The flexible schedule for each age group really allows all parents (working and stay at home) to enjoy the classes with their children. The ability to have unlimited classes per month is a lifesaver. It allows us to not only enable our children to grow socially, emotionally and physically; I am also able to socialize with other parents and not be stuck in the house all day alone. Each class is different and provides the children with growing and learning. Thank you My Gym Glen Rock staff for always providing a safe environment for our children to grow each day!!

This gym has great programs, equipment and staff, but a serious issue with illness. My son is 17 months old and has been 4 times over the past 5 months. 3/4 times he has gotten sick after visiting (he isn’t in daycare and this was the sole activity of those weeks.) This last time he caught Flu A.

I know kids get sick a lot, but either this place needs more intense cleaning or the business model needs to change (currently you pay $160 for unlimited classes over 4 weeks which I’m assuming promotes parents bringing sick kids to class.)

If you are a parent, I know you want your money’s worth but so do I. When you send your sick kid and my kid gets sick I am throwing money away.

I’ll have to cancel my membership because he’s been sick so often from my gym he has only been to 2 classes this month. $80/class at this point.

Hoping to try again after a break from having a sick toddler.

Celebrated our granddaughters 3rd birthday today at My Gym. The instructors were fantastic and attentive to all the guests. It was clean, organized, lots of fun. All the kids seemed to have a blast! Thank you for a memorable event!

This place deserves zero stars, not even 1 star. I know someone who worked here and was treated horribly and was disregarded. This person dislocated their ankle and was still forced to come to work because they didn't have any coverage. They were only given two days off to recover and was then fired because they were not "fitting the needs of the gym". I understand this is a business but they had gotten hurt on the job and was not given some slack despite them trying while in pain. They clearly do not care for their employees. Thumbs down all the way.

Only good for running around and doing whatever they want. I could get that for free at any playground. Cancellation policy is a joke. Needs a better structure on how to interact with the kids. Seems like the parents are doing all the work instead of the staff. Sometimes we the parents need a little break even if it for 30 mins. Agree or disagree but that's my opinion.

Love this place! My son gets a ton of physical activity and is learning a bunch of skills as well. The staff here is truly amazing with the kids, they take time with each and every kid. They truly have turned me into a raving fan.
