My kid loves My Gym, he smiles as soon as we walk in. And honestly, I love it too. It’s such a nice break for me. I don’t have to think about how to keep him busy and safe for an hour. Everything is soft, and the coaches are always keeping an eye on the kids. I like that the songs and activities change every week, so it doesn’t get boring.
With how hot this summer is, I’m so glad to have an indoor space where my child can run and play. It’s clean too, so I don’t worry about him getting sick.
The staff is amazing. They clearly love what they do or at least, they really know what they’re doing. They remember the kids’ names, always smile, and even say hi when we run into them outside the gym. (I really hope the staff is paid well, they absolutely deserve it.)
The other parents and nannies are kind too, sometimes they play with my kid. The whole vibe is super positive. I always feel better after class.
I love that the gym encourages kids to try new things. And the price is very fair, especially since we can go every day.

We recently hosted by daughter’s 4th birthday at My Gym. They made the experience very easy—we only had to show up with the cake and goodie bags (although they will do that too). They did a good job of letting the kids run free and organizing age appropriate games. And they kept the party moving. My only complaint as we got the face painting add on as my daughter is obsessed and that was extremely disappointing (it looked like a brown blob). I’d skip that the next time.

The party we attended was mostly great... When we got to the party room a place setting was missing and it happened to be my son’s. I mentioned this to one of the girls working and her answer was that they set enough places. I said, ok well obviously not because my son does not have a place setting and could they please provide one for him. She huffed and went to set it up. My son then asked for a flavor juice box and she rolled her eyes and huffed. After thanking her she sarcastically remarked loudly “You’re SOOOOOO welcome.”

The whole episode was wildly disrespectful and happened in front of all the children and guests. It was an unfortunate sour moment that left a bad taste at the end of what would have otherwise been a nice party.

This place has been a cornerstone of reliability for us, and my daughter, who started going here at 5 and is now 6.5 years old, absolutely loves it. Over all this time, we’ve never had a single bad experience. She attends weekly and has even been part of their full-day camps—always coming home happy and excited.

What truly sets this place apart is the staff. They are incredibly kind, accommodating, and dedicated. Special thanks to Mr. Jahmane, Mr. Christian, Ms. Evan, Ms. Gabby, and Ms. Brianna, who have made every visit a joy.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about MyGym! Our kids absolutely love it, and it has been an especially transformative experience for our son with special needs. Ms. Brianna and Mr. Jahmane are truly fantastic human beings. They show so much compassion and love toward him, creating an environment where he feels comfortable, included, and safe.

Their classes are interactive and fun, and they’ve done an amazing job helping our son feel confident in a group setting. Since starting, he has shown remarkable progress—he has less anxiety around his peers and listens to instructions far better than before.

We recently hosted my son's second birthday party here and it was a great experience. From the start of the finish, the instructor a leading the party. Miss Gabby was really really good. She helped me plan the decoration and organize activities for the kids. After the party everybody was complementing me about how good the party was. I highly recommend this facility and my son also goes here for classes which has helped a lot with his gross motor skills.

This is seriously the best option for kids in jersey city for getting endless fun and fitness activities. For 179$ per month you get unlimited classes of gymnastics, ninja training, ballet and karate with free play 4 times a week as a bonus. The instructors are amazing and so patient with the kids. We just had our first in person party for 5 kids this past weekend. The staff wore masks and were completely professional while they came up with awesome games for the kids to play. The gym is spotless, the ball pit which is not easily cleaned is closed. Everything ran smoothly, we felt safe, and our kids had an amazing day.

My son was a member at my gym for close to 3 years we initially really enjoyed the classes and had built excellent relationships with his teachers especially miss Valentina and Mr Troy. We paid our reoccurring tuition every month without a single problem, our family went through a bit of a tragic situation leaving our house with 1 income and we were unable to attend for about 3 months but continuing to pay....when we were able to start to rebuild our life we reached out to them to extend the courtesy of refunding our last months tuition because we were only 7 days short from the cancellation date. It’s the holiday season with 2 small kids we’re trying to provide for and keep life normal for we were told “no the contract says”. We did sign a contract and were aware of the terms but being loyal customers and our situation we thought that the owner would have extended some kind of courtesy and understanding we willingly for fitted our months worth of makeup classes and still the owner was unwilling to work with us. We do not believe this is the values and morals my gym represents and the owner of this particular franchise location is more about making an extra $100 then keeping moral with customers, we will
No longer be referring to this particular location or the other my gym franchises they own in the area and we will definitely not be returning to this franchise location when we decide to sign up again

I can't say enough good things about My Gym! My son is only two months old and has been doing for a few weeks now. We both love it! The teachers are caring, knowledgeable, friendly and fun. Every week we do different activities so the kids get to work on different skills and never get bored. The individual attention is wonderful, and the group activities are playful. I love watching my son get better each week and learn to love the different activities. I'm so glad I found My Gym (we looked at another place as well but it didn't compare). The other parents there are all friendly and it's so nice to get to know other parents with babies. I look forward to many more classes at My Gym!

I helped my sister plan my nieces birthday party here. She has attended birthday parties here before and has loved it so we decided to host her birthday party here and we were not disappointed. My parents decided to celebrate my little sister’s birthday here last month and I can say the overall process of booking and birthday planning was amazing. Absolutely unprofessional. If i could give 0 stars I would. We came here for a bday party and they never opened the door. The party had to be cancelled after it was already paid for. We called endlessly and nobody answered. We ended up calling Hoboken to see what was going on and they had no idea. They told us someone should be there. Some time later we called again and now they told us the party was gonna be held in Hoboken instead of JC. However it was planned at JC. The host of the party had dropped of tons of decorations and things to this location 2 days prior to the party. By the time everyone could get to Hoboken there would be less than 40 mins of party time. Not worth it. I havent followed thru with my friend the host of the party, but I do hope this "business" refunds her money because it is truly unacceptable.

This review is for their birthday parties only. It's a nice little indoor gym for kids, with plenty of space to run around. Their equipment is suitable for kids from 18 months to 10 years old (with ball pits, ziplines , trampolines). The staff are competent and friendly enough - just know that you'll be completely ignored the second your party time is up. They'll start cleaning up and will sweep you off your feet (and not in a nice way) if you are still standing around.

Worst birthday party experience ever!! One of their staff named Ray Rahim is an absolute obnoxious guy who was cursing in front of kids during the birthday party. He treated guests including me as a client with foul language over a balloon incident with a kid and parent. He also happens to be the karate instructor and according to me has no training on how to behave in front of kids. He is completely unfit and probably dangerous to be around kids given his behavior that we all had to witness at the birthday party. I wish I had a video of his behavior that includes cursing in front of the kids. The video would have gone viral by now. Unfortunately, his indecent behavior has bought disgrace to this place; which should be a kid friendly place.

I recommend to not have any kids around Ray Rahim or have birthday parties if he is involved. Stay away from him if you care about the safety of your kids. I have also filed a complaint with City of Jersey City so that they can examine this incident with the video feed and do the needful to prevent incidents like these in the future.

Visited My Gym with my daughter many times for classes, summer camp and free plays and the experience has been always pleasant. It was our to-go place for bad weather days and she could run around. Their play area is quite big compared to some other indoor play areas and gives kids lots of toys and space to play.
We also had her 4th birthday party there and it was a great experience. The two girls who conducted the party were professionals and kept the kids engaged while the parents could sit back and just watch. It was stress free for us also as they had everything planned ahead for kids and we just had to bring food for adults.
