Working out with Carolyn has been a GAME changer for me. What started out in 2020 as a "sure I can try this out, it's not like I can go to the gym" thing has flourished into a new mindset and way of life.
I am the strongest I have ever been and that is largely due to Carolyn. Sure, I am doing the work but SHE is paving the way. Her workouts are motivating, challenging and dare I say fun! Personally the virtual workouts are key, as a busy working mom I don't want to take the time to drive to the gym but having these classes on demand allows me to do them on my time whether that be first thing in the morning, in between calls or after the kids go to bed. You literally have a personal trainer wherever you need them to be.
Carolyn is not just guiding you in workouts. She is teaching what works, how to modify, challenging you to push yourself but also give yourself grace. Her personality is refreshing and contagious, if you don't laugh at least once during the workout then your abs are missing out!

Training with Carolyn has been a game changer for me. Her virtual classes are amazing and so convenient. She’s engaging, knowledgeable, energetic and her workouts fit all levels of experience. I’ve been attending Carolyn's virtual fitness classes and they've truly been a game-changer for me. Doing the workouts from home has been super convenient, and Carolyn’s energy just lights up the screen. She really knows how to keep you pumped and get you through those tough workouts with a smile. Carolyn is a fantastic, knowledgeable, and energetic trainer. She is able to put together many different workouts that target specific areas of your body. Carolyn communicates and demonstrates the proper way to do the exercises and also communicates just what muscles you are working, something I like to know so I can focus energy to that area. Moreover, she is just so personable and fun that the workouts fly by! I highly recommend My Time Fitness to anyone looking for personal training.

I am currently training with Carolyn Mastrangelo, a master motivator with the brightest personality. I am 51 years old, am overweight, have type 2 diabetes and sleep apnea.
Carolyn pushes me to a level of fitness and wellness that I never thought I could achieve especially at my weight and age. My training sessions are challenging and fun as she is always changing them. She pushes me to my limit while making sure that I always maintain good form and am safe. Another thing that is great about her is that she gives me a plan so that I can continue my workouts on the days I do not see her. In addition she always talks to me about nutrition, educating me and helping me make the right choices.
Since starting with Carolyn I have lost weight, am getting much stronger and have greater endurance. In addition my blood sugar levels have been great, my carpal tunnel (caused by my diabetes) has decreased immensely and my tendinitis in my right shoulder is gone. When I wake up in the morning I have so much more energy and am ready to go. This road she has put me on has made my life so much better.
Carolyn is ALWAYS very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of her profession. I am more driven than ever to stay on this path of fitness and health that she has created for me. I have never felt so motivated and accomplished as I do when she is training me. I would recommend Carolyn in a heartbeat. I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with her help for a long time to come.

Carolyn is truly the perfect trainer. She makes every workout fun and different while kicking your a** at the same time. Her knowledge of nutrition and philosophy of making 'small, incremental changes' also helped to make sure my results were healthy, steady and easily achieved.
