Best gym in town! Going to the gym has become an addiction and part of my every day life again because of Navesink Fitness’s prime location, incredibly kind and accommodating staff who are ALWAYS all smiles, and create a judgement free zone. I booked an hour nutrition assessment with Rob about 7 weeks ago. He was very helpfull with emailing me a custom plan based on my goal weight. I lost 25 lbs and gained muscle in that time frame. I highly reccomend booking with him 100%!! Happy thanksgiving!

Navesink Fitness is a great gym. I have had the best experience getting back into working out! And, with help from personal training by Rob Knox I have went from not being able to walk a straight line due to Multiple Sclerosis to remaining in remission for a solid two years now.

Have been going to Navesink Fitness for over 9 years. Great owner and group of people at the gym. You have high school kids all the way up to seniors working out between each other and having enough equipment to accommadate everyone.

Called the gym to get the rates, spoke to Rob the owner who was incredibly friendly and professional.

Went to the gym to sign up, no annual contract, no sales pitch, no nonsense you’d get from a commercial gym.

Rob walked me around, showed me the facility, introduced me to the members there who were are also incredibly friendly, and I got my workout in.

The gym has everything you’d need, free weights, squat rack, any machine you’d want to use, cardio equipment, etc.

Glad I stopped in and signed up. The gym’s atmosphere has me excited to workout again.

I was so happy to be back at the gym! It was hard waiting so long to get back. To my work out. I was a bit afraid and did not know what to expect. Everything was spotless and in order. People all seem to respect social distancing. I did not feel crowded in. Thank you for all you have done to keep your members safe.

This gym is horrible and over priced!!! LA Fitness is cheaper and they have a pool and steam room. They close on every Sunday and every single holiday. News flash bro, people still wanna work out even if it is a Sunday or holiday. Planet fitness is open right now and they are only 9.95$ a month!!!! HAVE A NICE DAY!!!

Great atmosphere with uber-friendly staff (including Mike and Rob, the owners), updating equipment as needed (some weight machines may be older but work great so their "dont fix it if it isn't broken" attitude that allows monthly fees to be less is appreciated), 3 newer ellipticals with lateral motion (Octane LX 8000) is just what I needed since I have prior injuries to left knee, Mike and Rob have tons of experience and go around making suggestions (at no cost unless you sign up for one hour personal training) - which is also appreciated. I am a fan since I like "small and personal" rather than "big, bougie and expensive" in a gym
