I just did the $25 intro week and have nothing, but positive things to say about this studio! I have been trying a lot of studios around the area and this one is definitely a favorite!! Each class I attended was amazing & all of the instructors were extremely welcoming and helpful, especially Sema & the owner Suzanne. Small, intimate yoga studio that breaks the barriers of small business and large community.
I’ve been attending this studio since 2018, and despite how many days or months I take off, both the instructors and clients make it easy to walk back through the doors.
Low pressure, low stress, high encouragement!
Between the mixture of fast vinyasa flows, beginner classes, and pop up workshops, this studio has a good mixture of classes to always choose from, or to keep your eyes peeled on the schedule!

This is a wonderful studio - always clean, warm ( not too hot) and nicely decorated. This place offers classes for all levels. I have tried 4 different teachers and all of them have been awesome bringing their own personality and uniqueness to each class. The online payment and sign up process is also easy.

I love everything about New Moon Hot Yoga! . One of my favorite things is the sense of community and the friendships that I have made over the years. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, whether it’s your first class or 100th. But equally as important to me is how amazing each teacher is and how they each bring their own individuality and experience to each class. They all stress the importance of finding your own practice, focus on your breath, meet yourself on the mat that day, because every day is different. Be present and don’t compare yourself to others, because it is YOUR journey, your practice. Don’t judge yourself bc no one here is judging you. Did I mention the studio is cleaned after each class? It’s immaculate. I look forward to every class and event that I go to!

I visited the new Whiskey Mill studio. I’m a beginner and have a knee injury. Stacy was great - she explained everything and showed us the movements, but even better, she didn’t single me out as a beginner. She was very welcoming and took the time after class to give me words of encouragement. I will definitely be back for class on Sunday morning and I’m very excited to have this studio in my community.
My mind and body were definitely balanced after leaving.

The Moms Club of Mantua just hosted a community fundraising event at New Moon Hot Yoga. It was incredible. Suzanne, the owner was very accommodating and kept excellent communication throughout. We had yoga instructor, Jackie, who was super fun, down to earth and led us through an amazing yoga experience. The music was perfect, vibes were upbeat and the studio was immaculate. Attended my first class the other night, and I absolutely loved it! It had been a long time since I practiced, but I am glad I chose New Moon. The class was very crowded but we still had a ton of fun. Temperature was just right (I have been to some hot yoga classes where it was just TOO hot), and the studio was very clean. They had blocks and straps available, and mat cleaner. You could also rent towels. Jackie was a great teacher, and made sure that everyone from seasoned yogis to newbies had the attention they needed. Will definitely be going back!
