Patrick Murray is one of the best things that's happened to me in recent years. We've been training for two years now and the results are very tangible. I've been working out with Patrick for the better part of a year. It has been a great experience as I would not have been inclined to work out otherwise.

The biggest changes are the improvements in flexibility and posture.
Even with limited weekly classes, the changes are noticeably visible.

His coaching style is one of driving you to push your limits with positive inputs and customizing each class to get the most out of the engagement.

Patrick adjusts his schedule to accommodate for unforeseen events at your end and is more focused on you rather than just picking up the dues.
