We love Master Neil. My son is a rambunctious 11 year old but boy when he is in front of Master Neil, whole different kid. Master Neil leads with strength and discipline but he loves these kids. My son misses him very much as we moved away from New Jersey.

Our company had a monthly brownbag meeting and Mr. Neil was one of the speakers invtied to the meeting. Eventhough the meeting was done online, Mr. Neil was able to provide us with the information, directions and answered our questions about how to stay healthy, the right way to eat and also provided us with reference books.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Neal for a wellness-focused discussion at ICONIC Consulting Group, Inc., and let me just say—it was time well spent! He spoke with us for a little over an hour, but his impact will last much longer.
Mr. Neal’s talk on personal and workplace well-being was not only informative—it was eye-opening. He broke things down in a way that made wellness feel accessible and realistic, especially when it came to nutrition. I walked away with new insight into how I’ve been treating my body, particularly through my diet, and I already feel more empowered to make intentional changes.
What really stood out was how engaged our entire team was. He didn’t just speak to us, he connected with us. From practical tips to personal gems—like book recommendations and ideas for 1-on-1 services—he gave us tools we can actually use. And more importantly, he reminded us that improving our health isn’t just about us; it’s about how we show up for each other, too.
If you're looking for someone who can deliver a powerful message on wellness with both warmth and real-world wisdom, Mr. Neal is it. Highly recommend!

I give Master Neal a 5 star review. I am 71 years old and have been working with him two times a week for a month. I started personal training to work on weight bearing exercises to halt the beginnings of osteopenia in my hips and lower spine. I feel amazing! My workouts are done in his private gym located in West Orange. My sessions are one on one and he guides you patiently through each exercise. I am NEVER sore the next day. His prices are very reasonable and well worth his undivided attention and guidance. He also does a complete analysis of your diet and nutrition to make sure you are eating the proper amount of protein for strength training. I highly recommend Master Neal and plan to work with him for a long time to keep my bones healthy and strong.

I have had an incredible experience training at NTS the last 7 months. Even with having a very busy work life, Frederick has found a way for me to fit training into my schedule and stay motivated to keep pushing each week.
Frederick is very knowledgeable, he properly evaluates your strengths and weaknesses to make you better and stronger. Additionally, he pushes you beyond your limit to help you achieve your fitness goals.
I have already seen a tremendous change in my body composition and I am thrilled with the progress he has helped me achieve so far.
I highly recommend Frederick as a personal trainer!!

I wholeheartedly recommend Master Neal as a Martial Arts instructor. I have been studying under his guidance for the past two years and have seen firsthand the dedication and expertise he brings to class each day. His knowledge of martial arts is extensive and he teaches multiple styles. While studying Tang Soo Do under him I have also benefited from his expertise in Tai Chi, Kung Fu and Kick Boxing among other disciplines. He can clearly and effectively teach multiple complex techniques with patience and attention to detail. I believe anyone with an interest in the Martial Arts would benefit from Master Neal’s instruction.

My five year old son has been going to the martial arts program (Tang Soo Do) since 2020 and he loves it. He was very hesitant during the first few weeks of the program but Master Neal did a great job making him feel comfortable during that adjustment period. Master Neal is very patient and shares his knowledge with students so they understand the discipline and all the forms of Tang Soo Do. He challenges students and helps build their confidence. Classes are one hour long and meet twice a week.

I have been studying Chen Tai Chi (Gung Fu - Chi Gung school) with Master Neal for about 2 weeks. It is an understatement to express how impressive an instructor he is. He is clear, patient, challenging, and singularly focused on the student's understanding of the discipline and forms. He provides context and practical explanations, and has an innate sense of when a student is becoming frustrated, and striking the right balance between pushing them to keep at it, versus taking a break to have a mental re-set. And, in particular. Master Neal trains his students to treat Tai Chi as a true martial art, rather than merely just an average workout session (be it yoga, pilates, functional training) with some "East Asian flavor". Highly recommended and endorsed, but leave your preconceptions at the door and pay attention.
