I had an awesome experience at this gym! It’s spotless — everything is super clean and well-maintained, which makes such a difference. The staff are genuinely friendly, personable, and full of energy — they make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The amenities are top-notch, from the equipment to the locker rooms and little touches that make workouts more enjoyable. You can tell they take pride in creating a great environment. Nitroflex has been my home base for a few years. The facility has everything I need for every day workouts, to prep for Bodybuilding shows, to train for strength and endurance races, etc. The staff is incredible, so friendly, so accommodating. I also rent out the room to teach my own classes every month, and I’ve had an incredible experience with my business and feel supported by the gym. I can’t express my gratitude enough having this gym as my constant. Highly recommend.

I have been a member of many gyms in the area due to trying out new gyms for different fitness and financial needs, but I always end up coming back to Nitro. The reason is I am truly happy with the environment and community of this gym! I like that they keep their equipment up to date, are always staffed in case of questions or any needs and have been enjoying Megan's hot yoga class that I have recently been forced to take by my girlfriend lol

I have been coming to this gym for a year now, only to take the yoga classes. I had switched from a private yoga studio, so I had some fears on how a typical gym will hold up compared to a company that only specializes in yoga. However, after a year, I am beyond impressed with the instructors of every class. They each offer something different so there is something for everyone in any one of their classes. There is verity and a change of pace every class. The best part is the classes are not small but defiantly not too large, so you get to know all the members and instructors on a personal level.

Nitroflex is an excellent gym with state of the art equipment and great staff. The facility is always clean and well maintained. It's a warm and welcoming place where most of the staff know your name and truly care when you're not there due to injury or sickness. I particularly enjoy the variety of classes that are offered. The instructors are amazing and are able to teach and accommodate the various ability levels.
I would highly recommend as you won't be disappointed!

7 years ago, the gym I belonged to discontinued classes. I explored Nitro, even though I was a bit nervous about joining a larger gym.

Nitro maintains a perfect balance of size and functionality. It's spacious enough to accommodate all types of workouts comfortably, yet intimate enough to foster a sense of community among its members. I have met many wonderful people and new friends here.

The instructors here are a cut above the rest. They're not just friendly and approachable, they're genuinely invested in our fitness journeys. They ensure everyone feels at ease, regardless of their age or fitness levels, making each workout session enjoyable.

But what impresses me most about this gym is its cleanliness and upkeep. The equipment is always in top-notch condition, with newer, state-of-the-art machines regularly added to the mix.

The staff and owner deserves a special mention too. Always ready with a smile, they contribute significantly to the positive and motivating atmosphere. Their dedication to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment is truly commendable.

Joined NitroFlex about 5months ago and it’s the best decision I’ve made in a long time. I physically and mentally am in such a better place since joining. My favorite thing about Nitro Flex is all the amazing classes offered. What makes the classes great are the wonderful instructors that teach them. You can just tell that all the instructors truly care about the people attending their classes/ go to the gym. Besides the classes offered the gym itself is very clean and has all the latest equipment. The owner Steve is truly doing everything right and is running an incredible gym!

I think another reviewer got it right: nitro only cares about selling memberships and doesn't actually put too much thought into the experience of its members. It has certainly has nice amenities and a lot of classes to keep those membership numbers up, but if you're serious about training you'll probably want to look elsewhere.
There are 3 smith machines but only one power rack, most of the floor space is taken up by machines that either have duplicates somewhere else in the gym or are only used by one person a week. Instead of investing in quality, it seems the owner rather just move in and out mediocre machines so that members can try them once feel like the gym is improving, when its actually not.
Even though its advertised as a fitness gym and most of its floor space is taken up by machines, you won't find any Prime Fitness, EliteFTS or Arsenal Strength here. Somehow Nitro has enough money to equip a whole gimmicky cryogenic room, but purchases a for-home-use squat rack for its commercial facility. Zero bars with center knurl that are mostly bent (I guess nobody at the facility squats, which really tells you all you need to know), and they continue to only have the same singular slippery flat bench they had when they opened, meaning you'll probably going to have to wait if you ever want to bench.
Over-all a poorly thought out selection of equipment that hopes to distract with gimmicks instead of impress with quality. Disappointing for a gym that's otherwise very nice. I hope they improve in the future.

Update: they have purchased Ohio Power Bars for their flat, decline and incline benches and their 1 power rack.
They also purchased a great piece of niche equipment, a dynabody power press. Glad to see to see them finally get some reputable name brands in. Hopefully a dynabody comp bench will be on its way as well, given that they absolutely need a 2nd flat Olympic bench for peak times. Bumped from 1 to 2 stars! Keep it up nitro!

I’ve recently joined this gym, and have really enjoyed it. They offer plenty of classes, which aren’t always my cup of tea, but my wife enjoys those!

Machines are up-to-date, and while the place is busy, it’s never really crowded. Wait times are nearly non-existent.

This is a great place to work out no matter your fitness level as there is something for everyone. Stretching, yoga, Pilates and a host of high intensity classes. What I like about it is I can do something different everyday, and on most days can take 2 or even 3 classes that incorporate, stretching, fitness and then core exercise classes. Recently, they added a strength component to their spin and row classes making them more of an interval workout which combine a higher heart rate with lifting weights. The classes are high tech, incorporating a computer screen to keep you on track, they are never the same, the music is great, and the instructors are approachable, motivating and very knowledgeable.

Joined this gym a few months ago and I love it SO much. They offer such a variety of classes every day with incredible instructors. Heather and Shannon are especially the best instructors who learn everyone’s names and make sure you’re working out to your fullest potential. I’ve onky had wonderful experiences here. This gym is 25 mins from me, I have about 20 closer gyms I could be going to but THIS is the one I choose (:

I’ve been a member of Nitroflex since another Chester gym closed several years ago. Other nearby gyms were disappointing for a variety of reasons. I continued to hope that a new, first class gym would open to replace my original gym.
Thankfully, Nitroflex appeared and is that terrific facility that I had hoped for.
Large, airy, great equipment, friendly people. It fits the bill for me perfectly.

They have cryotherapy if you want to try something new.

There is child care for those who need it. A great gym located in the ShopRite place on Route 206. The easiest spots to park are in the rear of the mall.

If you are into snobby, pretentious staff and ownership than this is the place for you by a mile. If you think spending your hard earned dollars at a GYM and them treating you like they are doing you the favor of even allowing you in the door or to have a membership you will love it here. If you love the corruption and greed that has become of our once great america than certainly you will be soaking in the devilish vibration and frequency of an evil GYM of all places to behave like this. If you love the new era of the customer is always wrong, or thats your fetish to be abused well you have found the best of the best. NitroFlex is leading the way into a brave new world of removing business etiquette and ethics and just good old fashioned love and kindness for one another and making customers into slaves.
