1.She doesn’t answer the phone
2. I asked to speak to the owner because she was trying to charge me for not canceling when she never helped me to cancel or explained
3. There’s another manager she didn’t let me speak to them. She got mad when I asked for their number and hung up when I asked for her name.
I tried to negotiate with her and she didn’t help me. They would rather your balance go to collections and hurt your credit score.
Also her English is not the best and I feel like she doesn’t understand me most of the time.
She is not the nicest, sadly she is the manager.

Gym weights ok. Front desk lady rude. They won’t let you cancel without a $ penalty. We canceled our card to move out of country next month and they put us under collections and ruined our credit. We tried calling but they don’t answer

This “gym” is a scam. I’ve been charged entirely too much and incorrectly. I have been trying to have this issue resolved just haven’t gotten the help. CANDY has the most nastiest attitude. She is rude for absolutely no reason you guys definitely need to handle that. I wish I could give this establishment zero stars.

What do I look like scamming a gym ? I’ve been calling and coming to the gym on numerous occasions. No response or ms. rudeness isn’t there (yes I come/call at the times of employee hours) I have been super nice during this entire drama fest. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the owner and it’s a big to do.
Yes I spoke with Joseline. I’m not sure how I haven’t been responsive ? I spoke with Brenda as well and was very cool, calm, and collected with her.
I would like to speak with the hire up like I’ve been trying to do to clear up this confusion because I have other things I’d like to say as well regarding this matter.

So the gym has a very nice vibe & calm atmosphere, my only issue is the cleanliness. I understand members are supposed to clean up after themselves but unfortunately many don’t. Most gyms have a cleaning service or atleast a staff member to look around & help out with cleaning. There are boogers on the wall next to the stairmaster which was disgusting to even be near, water bottles literally laying everywhere, hair in the bathroom, weights everywhere. When was the last time this place had a cleaning walk through? Other than that the gym is fine but it’s becoming increasingly filthy.

I must say this is a wonderful gym..it's peaceful and there's no fight for machines, it's open 24hrs so u can workout at ur own pace and time. I'm really enjoying this gym so far.

Today I went to sign up and I have to say my first impression was that the lady’s tone was pretty rude & she didn’t care to show me around. The monthly fee is $22, not bad. But even if I opt to pay cash they still want a credit card on file. What? So let’s say I were to stop going and paying monthly fees cash, they would still be charging my card— like come on now. I’m not stupid. The machines are nice, but I’d never go here.
