Stay away from this place, customer service is a joke, the door scanner isn't working all the time for a "24 hours Gym" is not acceptable,they will force you to exchange cards that will cost you around 10$ extra and even though you pay for a membership they will keep charging you for it, the kid that works at the desk,has not manners just in addition most treadmills are down or will make noises all the time.It used to be a better place a while ago,now it just plain sucks.NJ laws protect you against this kind of business policies it is illegal in the State to prevent any kind of gym cancelations, do not fall for it get a lawyer if you have to.

Cancelar también debería ser fácil, pero a veces los negocios te hacen atravesar una serie de obstáculos que hacen que sea casi imposible darse de baja. Esto es ilegal y le cuesta a la gente mucho tiempo y dinero. Y eso es lo que me hizo este lugar y también se lo hizo a otras personas que conozco. Se inscribieron en suscripciones mensuales al gimnasio y Luego para salir fue una odisea. Primero que solo los jueves hasta las 3:00pm, luego que la persona encargada no estaba, que el sistema no está funcionando, luego que tengo que pagar un mantenimiento ect, ect. Hasta que ellos lograron acumular $292.00 de todo lo que se inventaron.
Algunos gimnasios dicen que puedes probar una membresía gratuitamente, pero tal vez no sea cierto. Algunas membresías se renovarán automáticamente si no cancelas primero, lo que puede resultar una sorpresa. Y a veces te quedas atrapado en una membresía debido al laberinto confuso que debes atravesar antes de que el gimnasio acepte tu solicitud de cancelación.
Para ahorrar dinero, tiempo y posibles molestias, infórmate sobre las suscripciones.
No dejes que te estafen, no caigas en sus garras.

1. Cobros ocultos o cláusulas engañosas
• Prometen una tarifa baja “de introducción”, pero después de unos meses empiezan a cobrar más.
• Incluyen en el contrato cargos de mantenimiento o “renovación” que no mencionan al principio.
2. Contratos difíciles de cancelar
• Aunque digan que “puedes cancelar en cualquier momento”, en la práctica exigen cartas certificadas, avisos con meses de antelación o ponen trabas para que la membresía siga corriendo y cobrando.

4. Ofertas falsas de “prueba gratis”
• Te hacen firmar para un período de prueba gratuito y, sin darte cuenta, quedas inscrito automáticamente en un plan anual con cargos recurrentes.

Qué hacer si sospechas de una estafa
• Revisar el contrato: Busca cláusulas sobre cancelación, renovaciones automáticas y cargos adicionales.
• Guardar comprobantes: Estados de cuenta, emails, contratos firmados.
• Contactar al gimnasio por escrito (email o carta certificada) pidiendo la cancelación.
• Notificar al banco o tarjeta para bloquear cargos futuros.
• Presentar queja ante la oficina de protección al consumidor de tu estado o la FTC (Federal Trade Commission) si estás en EE. UU.

Es de lo peor yo fui a cancelar y la persona que me atendió me dijo que tenía que venir el viernes para cancelar no vine el viernes y por qué no me daba tiempo le dije que no podía y que por favor que lo cancelara y me respondió con su voz alta y me dijo que no que está el viernes luego llegó y lo cancele y me cobra 200 dolores por nomas cancelar aquí es una estafa 😡

No voy a hablar sobre las instalaciones pues es un gym de barrio, pero el costumer Service es pésimo, en su publicidad dice que sin contratos pero para poder salirte de esa suscripción tienes que tener conexión directa con los dioses, no se los recomiendo en lo absoluto, si tienen la oportunidad de inscribirse no lo hagan y si tienen la oportunidad de ir no vayan. No pierdan su tiempo y háganse un favor.

To the few ppl before me, thank you for the information about cancelation, 😞 this gym used the be great when I join around 2018 but then they split from the rest of the NJ fitness branches. I tried canceling 2 years ago.. went 4 times during the week and found No one in the front desk. I called, nobody would pick up.. I gave up but as soon as I cancel payments 5 months ago. they called me nonstop from India.. where their customer service is at. Thank you for everyone that posted at what time and how you can cancel. Thank you.. I no longer go since ..its changed soo much. Their cancelation policies are horrible.

My opinion has changed due to the fact that I’ve seen one of the “male receptionist” enter the woman’s bathroom as I was in there and use it, which is soooo degrading to me as women, trying to gym, as well why is there holes in the women’s bathroom ceiling??? What’s wrong with that, I’m planning on switching gyms over because I’ve had plenty of weird encounters with older men just staring at you and following you around here, if you are a women it is not safe, here even to work out. You can’t have the bathroom to yourself ???

I’ve been part of this gym for the past 10 years and never had an issue until last month, Anthony was very profesional and educated, he helped me through my cancellation process, i would love to give 10/10, however they need to get rid of a lady named Jocelyn and Tatiana, both ladies are unqualified and have a horrible, unprofessional and unacceptable customer service skill, people like them are damaging the image of this great gym!!, owners need to take actions on that asap!!

This used to be a real weight lifting gym. Been coming here for years. But they took out the iron dumbbells and iron weight plates and replaced them with those plastic ones. Definitely don’t get that same pump and same old school atmosphere like I used to. That’s what made this gym different than the rest. On top of that a lot of the benches are broken. Bring back the iron weights. Or me and a lot of other members will be canceling soon !

HORRIBLE SERVICE! EXTREMELY RUDE TOO (the owner) I signed up for a 3 day pass to try out the gym, went for 2 days, and on the last day (3rd day), as soon as I walked in, the owner told me the pass is only for 1 day... And said that I couldn’t work out, and had to leave! Then he said.. “or you can sign up” ... Clearly, they just care about your money. Mind you I had shown up already for 2 days already, and all of a sudden they want to act like I’m a new guest.

JUST A REMINDER: when you go ONLINE, the guest pass says 3 DAYS, not 1!!!!

I highly do not recommend this gym!!!!

Man, if it wasn't for the fact that they're open 24/7 I would've left a while ago. I have a couple of friends I've made here cause we're all regulars, but there's always something about this place that puts us off. If you're just looking to workout and you don't really care whether the place is cleaned up or not, then yeah sure it's not a bad place. If you do care, then I wouldn't recommend it. It's annoying that there are a bunch of people who don't re-rack either. They legit just leave all the weights on the floor or they leave an annoying amount racked. All in all, cheap, but understand what that's buying you before you start up.

Careful with their scams. Got a call today about a balance owed when I closed my account last year. My last month of enrollment was taken from my bank account and terminated my contract via a letter mailed certified mail. Got my proof they received it and my account was never charged again. Today (8 months later) they call claiming to be new owners and that my account is past due but that if I go back they'll liquidate my due balance. Told them I don't owe them a dime and I have my proof I cancelled my services with them months ago and I will definitely not be going back due to these exact schemes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION.

Decent gym. Good environment but horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. Makes the whole gym visit an uncomfortable one. So ive recently tried to cancel my membership, note that i am not under contract, because i have a move coming and cant make the commute. Before i used to dislike the cancellation process because we had to send the gym a certified letter as to why we'd like to cancel. But now out of nowhere im being told i have to pay a 30 months in advance payment. I was shocked because never have i heard of such a thing and ive been at this gym for a good 2-3 years. Compared to the letter this is outrageous! The employee told me the payment would be for may's payment when its still april. Its ridiculous and if i could give them zero stars i would. Shame, since its a nice gym.

I was at the gym today My sister is a member of these gym, I came for a couple days vacation and they want me to pay $10.00 for each time I spent at the gym. I don't think is fair at all, because the machines are so old and these is a very dirty place. What kind manager they have? Is not worth it at all. I already convence my sister to move to other gym. Don't waist your time and money over here there so much better options.

Horrible place! They don't even deserve a star. Robert (the manager) is very rude and inconsiderate. I tried to contact him through the phone and he "never" was there. After a while of calling so many times from my phone, the staff never picked up my calls. Called from a different number and BAM they picked up. The staff is very rude too. You pay for what you get. 20 bucks a month, no contract. All necessary work out machines. However everything is dirty. Especially bathrooms. Went once in the morning then later than night and the bathroom was a disaster. Toliet paper everywhere, no paper towels. Two days later, same mess. They have a purell wipe dispenser against the wall which is full of dust. I never seen a cleaning person there wiping down machines. The front desk clerk was helpful and informative during my sign up.. but the place is dirty. The water fountain lets out a trickle. Not enough to drink however they do sell bottled water. Music sounds like its from a boom box on one side of the room. Gym has potential but sure isn't sanitary.
