Fred and Jim are quite friendly and professional. They are both experienced trainers with a wealth of knowledge on personal fitness and health. I'm very comfortable working with them and quickly saw results from attending sessions consistently. I feel better both physically and mentally, I have increased my strength, and have more confidence overall. The facility is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend considering them for personal training!

Jim Lafratte brought me to the best fitness level I had been in for years. He showed a specific interest in my progress and was extremely knowledgeable about my specific fitness needs. He was dedicated and focused on achieving my goals of maximum fitness and was successful. He was personable, caring and pleasant. He was also fun to work with and I looked forward to each of my work out sessions. Had I not moved from New Jersey, I would still be training with Jim.

It's not just a training session with Jim Lafratte. It's an experience. Jim knows his stuff and he wants you to understand how the exercises work. I came to him with a torn QL that no one else diagnosed correctly and he had not only had me back quickly but put me on a maintenance course to prevent a recurrence. Highly recommended.

I've been a client for over 5 years now. Jim turned around my fitness level, my core strength and flexibility in very short order. He's focused, reliable, and very knowledgeable in his field. He's also a lot of fun to be around and makes the time fly by. He can tailor a program to your specific needs and can make it as intense or as moderate as you want. You can't do better for a personal fitness trainer.
