I can’t say enough good things about Nueva Alma. From the first class I took several years ago, I felt welcomed and comfortable. There’s a family/community vibe that starts with Erica and flows throughout the studio. Erica puts as much emphasis on healing our minds and souls as she does teaching the poses.

Incredible yoga teacher training program. You not only learn about Asana sequencing but a holistic look at all of yoga, from the sutras to historical insights to personal accountability and development of one's own spiritual growth. Invaluable life changing work!

This place is amazing!!!! You get a full experience of mind, body and soul strengthening. I left a different person. This is a great place to relax and relieve stress, all while working out. The place is organized, staff is super friendly and the vibe is great!

I stumbled upon Nueva Alma whilst suffering from a particularly bad patch of insomnia back in September, and I have finally found my yoga home. I truly love the teachers and my fellow students. It's such a welcoming place to all.

We hired Erica to be our yoga and meditation instructor for a retreat recently and she was amazing. She introduced all of us to meditation as we were all newbies, and our candlelight yoga was peaceful and thoughtful. We would highly recommend her!!!

I've been at this studio for 2 years and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the studio, teachers, and classes.

My most recent experience at the studio is doing the Yoga and Life Teacher Training. There has been so much growth physically but also personally/emotionally/spiritually. There is so much more to Yoga then doing poses and Erica really opens your eyes to all of it during the training.

So if you're thinking about getting certified or just want to deepen your practice do not hesitate! I was hesitant about it for such a long time and it has been without a doubt one of the most enriching experiences I have ever had!
