About the Club

In the O2-ZONE, we educate, change lives, and push you to achieve your own personal goals. We have over 20 yrs of exercise training experience with a specialization in team sports program development. We've trained professional athletes such as Kyrie Irving and Kyle Anderson. Our team has experience with many athletes from soccer, football, volleyball, tennis, golf and basketball. There isn't a sport that we can't train and get results! We train the average person to have an Athletic Body and we can Train a Professional Player to have a long, healthy, successful career.

Coach is a gem! I came to him, because I was struggling with weight loss! He immediately devised a meal plan and although he was tough he stayed on top of me with both my diet and our workouts. Fast forward, six months of training with him, I’m down 50lbs, healthy and stronger! 5 stars and two thumbs up!!!!

Omar is a phenomenal strength and conditioning coach, I highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their athletic performance! He is extremely knowledgeable and cares about his clients often offering suggestions on things like nutrition, supplements, etc. My son gained over 10lbs of muscle weight in about 3 months while maintaining and even improving his explosiveness.

10 months into my sons journey and he has added almost 15lbs of muscle & 2” in height. His intensity has improved, jumping ability, & strength. He went from smacking the backboard to his first dunk after 5 months.

This 5 week challenge has been both more challenging and more rewarding than I expected. Coach O does a great job at pushing you to be your absolute best and holding you accountable. He takes the time to show proper technique to prevent injury and maximize results. My primary goal on week 1 was to improve my stamina/cardio. We are in week 4 and I am jogging longer than I never did and not even breaking too much of a sweat 😁😁😁.

I did the 21 day detox with Omar and it was life changing. It was great being partnered up.....having someone to help hold you accountable on hard days was very helpful. It was my first detox so I was skeptical and had a lot of questions. Omar was straightforward and no nonsense but insightful (he knows his stuff.) He was very adamant about going with the flow and not overthinking the process. This could be a little off putting to some (including myself who likes to be in control) but in hindsight I understand why he takes this firm "elminate all the noise" approach. He never sold false dreams of this being easy which I greatly appreciated. It was definitely an interesting experience but worth every sacrifice and has forever changed my relationship with and understanding of the real impacts on food on the mind and body. I absolutely recommend everybody do this detox atleast once a year.
