This facility has it all. Multiple rings, weights, exercise equipment, tons of different bags and striking tools and plenty of space to move around and train. I haven’t had gloves on for the past 10 years and I finally decided to join. It has been nothing but positivity and a warm welcome every time I come in for a workout. It’s a gem that can be easily overlooked if you don’t stop in and see for yourself. I highly recommend it.

Stopped here looking for a “convenient” boxing gym and found a second home. Coach Bill, Coach Heidi, and the members of ODBC are very welcoming and just great people. It’s a place to look forward to coming everyday. No matter what level of boxing - this gym is great at helping everyone develop.

Beautiful gym. Old school authentic training. Family friendly. Real self defense. Nice kids classes. Great sparring sessions. From weights to cardio it's Everything you could want in real non commercialized gym . Inexpensive for boxing gyms. Also lots of mma fighters go there to learn hand and foot speed better than they already do. It's really a gem of a gym.

Non intimidating and welcoming atmosphere for all skill levels. There are even pro champions there. A world of exercise and combat knowledge for those wise enough to see past themselves and into the heart of others. Warriors unite.

Awesome place to spar, and learn from the best for sure ,great workout n boxing science n mechanics too, so you understand it ,offensively and especially defensively too.
