A great instructor, absolutely great with kids of all ages. The right amount of fun and discipline that I think a lot of places miss. The students clearly feel engaged and try thier bests while still getting to be kids and have fun in a structured way. If you're thinking of enrolling do so here

The absolute BEST Tae Kwon Do school in the area! Master Lee is a phenomenal teacher and I enjoy watching my daughter learn from him every class. He is encouraging, fun, and most of all, promotes discipline. I have seen such a huge change in my daughter since she started here. She is more in control of her emotions, is more outgoing, and is more confident. Master Lee is truly working his magic! I highly recommend!

My son just turned 4 and we were looking for some activity for his birthday party event. We decided to have have his birthday party here at One Taekwondo and he and his friends really had a good time. He started taking taekwondo lessons from here and I am so happy to see how he enjoys it. Master Lee is super friendly and even made my super picky son open his mind very quickly. Not only just entertaining but also very academic program, and i noticed the Master Lee graduated from Yongin University which is very famous for Taekwondo athletes. I shared this experience with one of my son’s friend’s mom and i was surprised that she recognized Master Lee and told me he is very popular master and loved by children from all age group and parents when he was taught in Tenafly where her first son attended before. I am really grateful to One taekwondo that helped my kid to build confidence. If you have very shy kids or introverted kids, I strongly recommend to send them here, you will be surprised how they changed and developed. One more thing, I really appreciate One Taekwondo for teaching how important it is to follow rules and regulations and help mom with chores at home haha. He started acting as disciplined and even helping me a lot and get acknowledged by him back to One taekwondo. Thank you again!!! I am so lucky.

This is an amazing Taekwondo school for kids!
The facility is clean, well-organized, and very safe, which gives us peace of mind as parents. The overall atmosphere is positive and welcoming, and our child always looks forward to class.
The instructor is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to each child’s needs. They not only teach Taekwondo skills but also focus on discipline, respect, and confidence.
