The "Wellness Plus" Workout: 30 minute sessions of careful weight training and stretching in a private studio. Designed specifically to strengthen bones, improve muscle tone, and protect your joints. I've been a trainer since 1983 and trained literally thousands of sessions. The value of that experience is to help you tailor a workout to your goals, condtions, and motivations; NOT to have you train exactly like I train myself. Bill doesn't try to push you past what you're supposed to do safely. He is extremely knowledgeable about the process and mechanics of exercise. He uses logic, not a fad, to determine the best path to fitness. After a life of high-level sports I have a ton of injuries (some nagging) that have come from bad coaching and instruction. Not only can Bill work around these, he has shown me how to work out with them correctly. Imagine that... gain without the constant pain. I highly recommend going to see him whether you're new to exercise or an athlete who just wants to stop doing damage to your body for no reason.

Bill has planned my exercises carefully with an injury-free approach.
