Parisi's Jump Start program have been the perfect foundation builder for my 11 and 8 year old who play club soccer. The coaches do a great job of engaging, working on proper form, and safely pushing my kids to their limit. They have fun competing and I've seen a difference in their speed/explosiveness. The facilities are great and parking is easy. I would highly recommend for any parents looking to give their kids the edge in whatever sport they play and to build life-long habits.

Our girl is 9 years old doing Gymnastics and Figure Skating. Though very flexible she needs speed, height and that snap to jump higher in both sports. We are so happy that we started working with Parisi. Their Jump Start 2 program with Jeffrey C and Anthony is just what we need. We only regret not coming here earlier.

I used to come here to Parisi speed school when I was 12 and it was amazing than and amazing now! Iām 27 now and I feel like I never left lol. The trainers are super sweet and make you feel welcome every time you come in. The workouts are created with a lot of love because they actually want to see people reach there goals. I highly recommend Parisi speed school šÆ

Parisi Speed School has top notch facilities and world class expertise. I trained here for both football and baseball during my high school career. Their training helped me make it to the collegiate level! I would highly recommend!
