Parisi Speed school came to our school for a week of training before our season. We are in our third year of flag football with many talented but inexperienced athletes. Coach John Cirilo and team brought their expertise in speed, strength and conditioning. The girls improved on technique and work ethic as the week went on. The coaches take the time to teach the science behind the movements, why and how the athletes get faster and stronger. High quality equipment is also used throughout the week. A fun, informative and positive experience for all!

My 8yr old son has been coming to Parisi since the Summer of 2023, and I’ve seen a lot of improvement on his agility and strength. Parisi doesn’t focus on a specific sport skill, but focuses on the ability of the athlete. The instructors are attentive, nice and fun. They make the session fun by incorporating speed and strength into the game.

I cannot say enough good things about Parisi’s in Fairfield. Coach Cirilo and his staff are extremely compassionate, knowledgeable, and really take the extra time to not only work with the kids, but to get to know them as well. Over the last 3 months, I have seen my son grow as an athlete; not only getting better with his skills and strength, but his confidence as well. I attribute this to Parisi! He truly loves training there and enjoys each session. I will definitely continue to have him train at Parisi!

I’ve never seen a company live up to its reputation the way this one does. I signed my two children up on a whim after hearing John speak at a football clinic. I thought they could both benefit from just getting out of the house. The philosophy of the company is exactly what young children need. Not only do they emphasize athletics obviously, but they also teach so many other critical skills such as teamwork, commitment, perseverance, and discipline. I have a son and a daughter, so needless to say they fight a lot! They have been training together for the past few weeks and I am shocked by how much it is improving their relationship. They are celebrating one another’s achievements and they are even communicating better with one another.
The staff is absolutely incredible. They are so warm and welcoming. They spend so much time with you so you’re comfortable with your decisions and make the process so easy. The coaches really take the time to get to know the children so they are training your child and not just “some kid”. Everyone really seems to care about their success and they celebrate every mile stone! I just couldn’t be happier and will definitely be a repeat participant!
